INNOTECH Nutrition: Liquid Ionic Magnesium - 500 ml

Not sure why this is labeled Magnesium. There's very little magnesium in it, it's largely vitamin C. The dosage is 2 tbsp of liquid for 25mg of magnesium. Expensive. Wouldn't buy it again, there certainly are better options available.

I bought this without noticing it has very little magnesium per dose. You would have to drink six doses (12 tablespoons) just to get 150 mg of magnesium. There is no way 25 mg of magnesium will have any benefit such as helping you sleep or relieving back pain!

Absolutely love this. It's tastes good and I sleep better. I have less headaches and my muscke ache less after working out. This is probably my 4th bottle

Great for back pain, I've suffered from chronic back pain from time to time. 3-4 days of taking this the pain is gone. It's crazy how it works. I didn't believe this product would do anything at first.

Very well absorbed but doesn’t bother my digestion. Tastes great. Nothing to dislike. Great product. Will order again.
