I prefer her Podcasts. But her book is great too.

I’m only halfway through this book so far after just receiving it a few hours ago, & I already love it. I literally read the first page & it hit me like such a slap in the face that I had to put it down for a second. Very relatable if you’re going through, or have ever gone through, a relationship where you feel you give your all over & over only to not be given the same in return, & to also be made like that is your fault.The author writes a small note in the beginning saying that people criticized her swearing, & her blunt writing style, but I relate to it. I love it.The only negative thing I have to say about this book is that I wish it were longer, because it’s so good! Definitely hit home a lot of times while reading this. Hope to find some of the author’s other work in the future.

Believe all of the reviews..this book is in a league of its own.

Absolutely, hands down, one of the best poetry books I’ve ever read in my entire life. I gave my sister this book once I was done because I felt like it would also help her in the way it helped me. Not only is Cici sharing her story, but she is helping to heal thousands of others.

Some of my favorites from #SpilledWords... it was always my fear that I was ruined after my ex and that I had given too much and wouldn't be able to again... #JustFine was so needed!Then once he came into my life, I pushed him away so many times #SavingYouFromMe was exactly what I was doing or thought I was doing...Then 1 day I just realized that he was here for the long haul and #Him said it all!#SpilledWords #TheCrimsonKiss thanks again for writing your truths and being so open! This was great!I loved the quotes and these are just a few that stood out to me... after the storm, I was alright!

I love Cici B. I saw her on instagram with posts here and there from her books and had to go on Amazon and buy all 3 books. She is honest, raw, and legit. I don't want to spoil it but anybody who has gone through a heartbreak should definitely read it. I don't think it's so much of a self-help book with steps on how to progress. Instead, it's more of an intimate story telling of what our author went through and how she found light through it. I felt as if I was her girlfriend going along the way!

Just by reading the first few pages I knew I would love this book. It was exactly what I had recently went through with a guy and page after page I just kept saying 'yep, that happened' or 'yep, that's exactly how I feel' or ' had these kind of conversations with my girls'. This book is amazing and I'd recommend it to anyone! And I know I'm just going to continue to read and go back to it to remind myself of what I deserve.

This book is talking to me. The exact words that's been coming out of my mouth are written in there. I am going through the toughest time in my relationship and I've read this book over and over. Great read!
