The shoes are wonderful, they are super warm, soft, flexible and pretty light considering they are outdoor booties. Unfortunately they are too big, way too big. I will exchange them, but the problem is that I don’t know if I have to change them for a smaller size or I was sent the wrong size. You see, there is no labeling or anything to confirm the amazon size. I ordered two pairs of shoes from different companies and, although I understand that each company is different, I ordered size 6 toddler from both and each pair has a different number marked on the sole. And when I compared both shoes to other 6 toddler shoes that my daughter has, including a pair of boots, the other new pair was similar but this one was way bigger than all! Which leads me to believe I was sent a wrong size but I have no way of confirming that. The pains of ordering online.

Shoes are super cute. They are just super loose. They constantly fall off. Even with thicker socks they fall off. They are super light in weight easy for my son to walk in. They just fall off very easy

These shoes are perfect! I had an issue because the 1st pair was a little too small so I tried to return not realizing that the shipping back cost is outrageous (understanding that its not the companies fault) they responded to me quickly in a professional manner and issued me a refund without a problem. By then even though I was disappointed I had already ordee another pair in a bigger size. This is what you call exceptional customer service! I appreciate it, thank you very much.

I bought these shoes because my baby has chubby feet. He was under 1 at that time, and I ordered a size 3, and they did not fit his foot, but they were a little long (When comparing the bottom of the foot to the shoe). I exchanged it for a size 4, and it fit him perfectly with socks. He is now 14months old and they fit him perfectly, very easy to put on and adjust the strap. Love these shoes!

I ordered my daughters size based on US size and didn’t pay attention to their sizing! When I got the shoe it wasn’t the right fit. Returning would have cost a fortune. I contacted the seller and their service was beyond amazing. They answered me right back, had me properly measure my daughters foot and sent me the right size! Will for sure buy again! Such great shoes! Thank you!

I bought two pairs of shoes from this listing.Grey fabric sneakers:The fabric has way too much stretch. It was nice to get them on easily, but they don't stay on at all even though they're the correct fit. He doesn't even need to be walking for them to fall off. They've literally fallen off when we're carrying him. The length and width fit him well, the 4 was true to size.Brown boots:I ordered size 5 and was sent size 4. Because I was buying these ahead for winter, the return window closed before I realized I had been sent the wrong size. Yes, I should have checked them when they arrived. Size 4s are JUST getting too tight for my son right now (in November), but are still wearable in any other shoe. I figured I'd give the 4s a try, but I literally can't even get his foot INTO these boots- they run that small once you consider the fur taking up space inside. I am not convinced that these would have fit him even if I had been sent the 5s that I ordered. They're super cute, so I'm really disappointed, I think I would have loved them.

These shoes are so flexible and soft. Perfect for new walkers!! Only issue I found is with all that fluff I would size up. My daughter wears a size 4c amd these are pretty tight so wont last long but definitely loving them for now.

Loving the shoes. My husband said he wants one for himself:) However, my 13 months doesn't. She doesn't like any. I'll give it another try. So far this pair is best out of other ones I've tried. Very cute and good quality. The only reason I put 4 stars is because my LO hasn't worn it yet and doesn't allow me to put on her.

I seemed to have received the shoes with the wrong tag, one is brown the other black. So it's probably not checked before leaving. I must say it does bother me lol but will grin and bear it 😂. Update, it keeps slipping of my little ones feet since buying she finds them hard to walk in as it just pops of it might be ok later as it's big fitting so unfortunately we don't use these.

Extremely responsive and supportive seller ... highly recommended. Beautiful shoes as well as being soft and comfortable for my granddaughter who has just started walking. Can be worn in house, in shops and outdoors on dry days.Unfortunately too small so asked to exchange for next size up. Seller said to keep original pair and sent larger pair free of charge which fit well. Will buy from this seller again.

Too large for my daughter even thought I bought the size for her. But she will grow to fit it at some point. But the quality of material is fantastic. Design is awesome too. Looks good to be worn outside as a slip on sneakers.
