5 stars but not without concern
Good value but it is necessary to buy the hepa filters or your battery will loose a cell and not function properly. I have had excellent response from customer support concerning this matter. This vacuum has great suction and maneuverability that my wife loves and it is not heavy. I would recommend this product and praise their customer support team.

Great Vaccum lousy filter supply
My wife loves this vaccum, however we can't get replacement filters and we lost our 2nd battery due to dirty filters. I'm looking elsewhere for a similar vaccum that can actually keep filters in stock. The 2nd battery was replaced under warranty, my wife was told by customer service that they will only replace 1. This is unsatisfactory to me, its really disappointing.
