Love it
I have a 2018 F-150 Limited. I spent a week reviewing a long list of tonneau covers on Amazon and elsewhere trying to figure out which one I wanted. Hard covers aren't cheap so I didn't want to get stuck with something I didn't like and I also wanted something that looked good as well.It was easy to install - took me about 30 minutes using a socket wrench, and I have a bed liner. It looks good, fits perfectly, mine doesn't leak - even without the drain tubes and the weatherstripping installed (some have said theirs did), and in general it works great. I even drove it on the freeway once with all but the last panel open - no issues and no extra noise. As a test I fully opened all of the panels and used the hydraulic lifts to hold up the panels, which was easy to connect. I have not driven with the panels fully in the up position so I don't know how well that works yet. I love the Line-X coating on the top side of the panels, I didn't want a glossy black finish and it feels durable. Tailgate opens and closes with no issues. There are two minor issues I have with it after a month of use:1. the latches sometimes don't fully click in unless I pound down on the corners2. one of the plastic storage clips for the hydraulic lift supports came broken so it just dangles when not in use. I'm thinking of using a strong magnet or a nylon strap to hold it in place, but haven't attempted anything yet.Gave it 5 stars because I would 100% buy this cover again and the issues I mentioned above are minor IMO4/22/2020 UpdateAfter using this cover for almost a year and a half I would still buy it again. The latching issue I had initially was solved by unscrewing the clip that was having an issue and adjusting it for better coverage. It works great, is sturdy, flexible, and no issues with quality - with the exception of the plastic pieces. It came with one broken hydraulic lift clip, then about 3 months ago the other one broke. At about 6 months in one of the clips at the back of the bed for when the cover is open broke as well. Fortunately using only one still works but if that one breaks then I'm kind of screwed. I tried to find replacement parts on their website but couldn't find anything. I may try calling them to see if I get anywhere with that. Other than that, I'm still very happy with it.

Tremendous Value
I was looking at several tonneau covers for my 2016 F150 6.5' bed. I was looking at many models--RetraxOne MX, RetraxPro MX, Pace Edwards Switchblade and Switchblade Metal, Bakflip MX and others, in addition to this model. I was fortunate enough to find a store nearby that had floor models for the all of these covers for a hands-on comparison. The big initial advantage of the Undercover ArmorFlex is the price compared to many of these other options. In talking with the rep on-site and personal touch and feel, it was very clear that this option is the BEST value. While I particularly liked the Retrax models, the 2-3x cost multiplier was not worth the minimal functionality. The rep said she was in the same boat for her 3 trucks, and went with the ArmorFlex for all of them as well. The Line-x lining on the top of the cover puts it into a much higher tier for durability and protection compared to its sticker price. While I did not actively test the durability, a 3,000 mile recent road trip through 100F temps and now/ice did nothing to damage this unit.Setup was a breeze, once I paid slight attention to the instructions for where the clamps are supposed to attach to the rails. Had I not been foolish, complete install (including slight angle adjustments) only took me 10 minutes. As far as water protection from the interior, I installed the drain tubes at the cab-end of the bed, and they have worked great. Having put the cover through the ringer from pressure washing, commercial drive-thru car washes, and multiple 6" snowstorms here in Colorado, there is only minimal water buildup right by the tailgate, and it is only 1-2 oz--nothing major. This is more than likely from the gaps in the truck bed to the tailgate than from a defect in the tonneau cover. The folding functionality of the cover is very simple, and the cable to release the lock for each panel is accessible from both the left and right side for ease of use while standing outside the truck. The dual arms to hold the cover up vertically are a little tight to connect the first few times you use them, but I'm taking that as a good sign for long-term use. They attach and detach very easily and seem to hold up well. I have not used the cover in the upright position while driving. There have been comments about tonneau covers rattling while driving on the freeway at higher speeds, and I can say I've yet to experience this. Driving through Western Utah with speed limits of 80 mph, there was no noise from the cover whatsoever.Overall, I couldn't be more pleased with the unit. I was very hesitant to get a folding cover and wanted the premium experience of the sliding/canister models. However, the $2k price tag for many of these just was not worth it in my mind, especially for a truck with a shorter truck bed. The Undercover ArmorFlex has done everything I've asked of it and more. I definitely recommend this to anyone interested, you won't be disappointed. Just maybe keep an eye out for when they go on sale for an even better value.

Looks and works great
I found the tonneau cover easy to install. I did watch the video for installation versus reading the directions. My only issue were 2 plastic components in the box were broken. Undercover is sending me replacement parts.Update - my replacement parts are here and installed. I like this tonneau cover!

Buy it.
As the videos show. Well worth the money. A second set of hands makes the job a bit easier. Lying down in the bed isn't terribly comfy to work up at the front and it gets hot under there pretty fast. As far as the product goes, its just as advertised. Buy it.Edit: After an issue with a screw breaking on a rail, they were excellent as far as responsiveness and resolving the problem. MUCH APPRECIATED!!

Good product
Very fast shipping, great look. Customer service was helpful when I needed help. The small bracket for the support rod is not robust enough and snapped first time I used it. Overall I happy with the purchase
