⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I didn’t realize how much a good sleep mask could improve my sleep I’ve always been a light sleeper, and even a little bit of sunlight coming through the blinds would wake me up way earlier than I wanted. I bought this sleep mask hoping it would help, and honestly it’s been one of the best inexpensive purchases I’ve made in a long time. The first thing I noticed was how well it blocks light. Not just “mostly dark”—I mean completely dark. I can wear it in the middle of the day with the curtains open and it feels like nighttime. It’s especially helpful on weekends when I want to sleep in or when I have to catch up on sleep after a late night. The material is really soft and comfortable too. I’ve tried cheaper masks before that pressed against my eyes or had straps that dug into the back of my head, but this one fits snugly without feeling tight. I can sleep on my side and it stays in place all night without shifting around. What surprised me most is how much deeper I’ve been sleeping. I work nights and struggle to keep my room dark. No worries now. This mask makes an instant blackout. My husband can turn on the light and I don’t know. It isn’t tight and you can adjust the strap if needed. It’s soft and comfortable to wear. I feel like I sleep better.

I absolutely love this thing. I've tried numerous sleep masks, but some light always seems to leak in. Not this one. I love the way the nose rest actually blocks out light without resorting to metal bars or weird loose cloths, so it's quite comfortable. The fact it wraps around the side of the head makes it all the more effective and adds staying power while you're jostling around in your sleep. Also, it had to stay in a car in the Texas sun for about a week, which usually causes cloth material to shrink like my shirt did, but this mask still fits just fine. If I ever get another sleep mask, it'll be another one of these.

Good but I like the target one more. My husband says this one is better and blocks out light better. It definitely works but it has some loose fabric on it that I don’t live. It’s comfortable and has a very smooth, cool fabric which is maybe why I don’t like it as much as my previous one. It stays on your head and is a good value for price!

Where has this been my whole life! Comfortable, total blackout and lightweight! Soft fabrics especially around the eye, a nice “pocket” so no pressure on your eyes. The longer side prevent any light from sneaking in. Thank you!

LitBear. Is the bear lit? I suppose you'd have to observe his behavior or lack of it to know the answer with any certainty. I've bought two of these, using one for several months until replacing it with another for sanitary reasons, and because the elastic eventually gets bunched up from wear. I'm on my second mask. It's a very comfortable mask, not pressing against your eyeballs like a freebie mask from an intercontinental flight. It blocks out most of the light. I say most of it because I find that a small amount still gets through the nose covering part. It doesn't make me sweat for the most part. I don't usually sleep in hot conditions, but if the room is hot to begin with, you'll notice the slight insulative tendency of whatever the eye padding is made of. I tend to be a side sleeper and this mask stays put and doesn't affect comfort when I'm in that position. When I first started using the mask, I was surprised by how much better I slept. I'm a light sleeper. There are other factors affecting my sleep quality that I don't have much control over, but keeping the light off of my eyelids has me waking up much more refreshed.
