Metra95-3302 General Motors DDIN 2004 and UP Dash kit

Worked perfect for my pioneer avhw4500nex head unit mounted in my 2007 cobalt. Cheaper than any local stores in my area, But does not feel cheap. Looks great. Easy to use, and a great price

Bought this item after I purchased the wrong item from amazon first. I asked for a refund from Amazon and they granted it along with telling me that I didn't have to return the original item. This fits a 2004-2007 Malibu perfectly. I have a Pioneer FHP-8000BT Double Din and it fits perfectly. All in all I am very happy with this purchase. It was really easy to install, I did it myself and did not have to modify a single thing. All of the lines/curves/corners match up perfectly with my dash. I was worried about it not fitting correctly with the air control unit, which sits directly under the radio, because it has a slight curve to it. This dash kit mach the curve perfectly. Great Product!

Easy to assemble and work with. Feels a little cheap but for the price it's great.

Fit absolutely perfect in my 07 malibu....mounting kit fit exactly like it should and the trim popped right back in smooth. I know my way around a car; but not so much when it's comes to audio.....few YouTube videos and common sense you'll be fine...

THIS KIT WORKED GREAT……ONLY HAD TO TRIM OFF THE 2 TABS ON THE TOP

Unless you own a dremel and are willing to spend a fair amount of time cutting up a new bezel, I'd look for a different kit. To start with, this bezel has a lip inside the radio opening that sticks back about 1/4 of an inch. The lip hit the edges of my standard double din stereo and would not allow it to come out enough to sit flush. It also made it where not one single screw hole would like up in the mounting brackets with the radio. At this point, I would have loved to return the item and ordered something different, but I didn't have time to be playing the shipping and waiting game, so I got out my dremel. I cut the entire inside lip off. That let my stereo slide out all the way to bottom out against the back of the actual face of the bezel. That gave me the flush mount I was looking for it also allowed for all the screws holes to line up with the stereo. Once I went to actually install the assembly into the dash of my HHR (a vehicle that Metra claims this kit fits) I noticed this bezel had tabs on the top in the corners that my factory stereo did not have. Sure enough when I went to reinstall my dash trim on the car it wouldn't snap back into place. It was hitting the extra tabs.... Out came the dremel again! Once I cut the extra tabs off, everything went back together good. The bottom line is, this kit may work good for some stereos, and in some of the cars they claim it fits, but not all the cars they claim it fits.

I just snipped them with diagonal cutters as the rough edges are covered. I had to drill a slotted hole in the dash to a round hole. Also had to drill 2 holes in the dash adapter to accept locating pins from the trim piece. See pictures. Not too bad, looks good after it's installed.

My photo unfortunately doesn’t have it installed but it looks and works good. I cut off the top ‘ears’ since they got in the way when I had the head unit at the optimal amount sticking out. Came fast! Installed with a boss stereo

This produce is a good product that you can buy on Amazon. It fits my car and works well, no wobbling of car stereo at all.
