Good size for children
I use this to provide neck support for my children who have a lot of screen time. The size and support are great!

Soft, but durable
Brought for my sister, she broke her neck in a car accident. She would wear this instead of the one she got at the hospital.

Meant for smaller kids
I bought this for my 11 year old daughter. I was barely able to get the last bit of velcro to attach without it being too tight. I have already purchased an adult cervical collar for her since this size I would recommend to be used for kids ages 5 and younger (maybe as old as 7). Other than that, it does seem like an excellent product - just small.

Not what was described!!!! Way to small and definitely not 3 inches in width!!!! Try and inch and a half maybe 🤔 sending it back!!!
