Can you show me where exactly the button to push is? I’m afraid to experiment because it will be loud.

Once you screw on the horn top to the can the button would start to come up to the top of the horn. It will not make a sound until that button at the top is pressed. See video. You may also remove the horn top after usage and would not lose any product or sound the horn.

Are refills available?

You can purchase refill cans separately.

How do you use it? Is there a button to push?

Yes, there is a button at the top of the horn but you must first screw the horn on to the can until it is tightly secured.

No lock is needed. It only works when you push the button down at the top of the horn when it is assembled to the can. You can safely remove and detach the horn as many time needed without loosing and air in the can.
