Has something changed?** A: Is the biodregradable shrink wrap mentioned brown paper ?...Also if this climate/melting scapegoat is a genuine reason...Why does the conditioner come that way while the shampoo does NOT. In addition, why is the shampoo more detailed and decorative as well as LARGER than the conditioner in volume by 20 grams....That is really not cool how the soap bars are individually $18 (shampoo: 100grams, conditioner: 80 grams) so whether u buy them as a set or individually you are getting less conditioner relative to shampoo as well as subsequently paying more for the conditioner or lack thereof relative to the shampoo. SO not only are they charging the same amount for the conditioner as the shampoo despite giving less conditioner price proportionately, they also are not detailing/decorating the conditioners unlike the shampoo which I must say is not clear at all in the product description./images **Q: I absolutely love the smell but I had to quit using it due to my hair falling out. How often should it be used?** A: We are incredibly sorry to hear about your experience with our products! We are shocked this is happening because we've had a lot of great feedback in regards to people losing less hair after using our products.  If you are willing to give it one more try, here are some tips that might help: Comb/brush through your hair really well before getting into the shower. Get as much lather from the shampoo in your palms/hands as possible and work the lather through your hair with your hands only. Try to not use the bar directly on your hair since your hair follicles might be fragile so the direct contact may be too aggressive even if you are being gentle. Rinse with the coolest temperature of water you can handle. Try the same steps (2 & 3) for the conditioner. You can also try holding your hair like a pony tail and from the section of where your hand is and below, gently rub the bar from where your hand to the ends of your hair. This will help prevent any "pulling" on your hair from the bar. (Does this make sense) If this doesn't help the hair fall, we recommend to stop using our products immediately.  Please keep us posted! Buy!! *by on Reviewed in the United States January 26, 2024* I found this product by looking for vegan shampoo for my daughter who has allergies and because we are becoming as low toxic as we can step by step. I found a video on tik tok from a hairstylist who said after trying so many vegan products this was the best. I agreed with her about other vegan products not working because we have tried others as well with no luck. My daughter has fine thick hair that is a tangley mess everyday and she sweats from playing, which makes it worse. Every day was a nightmare for both of us. I tried all the brushes, all the products, silk bonnets, everything. Her hair was constantly getting damaged and broken. She wanted to grow it out, but its so hard when it's always breaking. Frizz was always an issue as well. My hairstylist wanted me to try Verb, which I did and Pravana. They were good products and helped, but again not vegan and she needed better products. She is a child like her mother who wants to heal the world, not hurt it.When these products arrived, they were in such cute little packages and smell so good. We ordered the citrus based on the video. The smell is nice. They seem small, but once you use them you are able to see how you can get so many washes out of them. I washed her hair with ease just like directions said and it lathers so nice. When rinsed, no residue like other shampoos. Just clean hair. I was worried at first because the hair seemed so clean that it may be hard to comb. Then I used conditioner and could see it would not be an issue. The first time I used it I put on the top first and down the hair. Too much. Second time I rubbed conditioner from base of skull down hair ends and then what was left on my hands, I used to put on the rest of hair. I had her gentle rinse and be done. That was perfect. We also ordered the body wash. So nice on her skin. Again, no residue. Just nice soft skin. I feel like you use less water as u spend less time washing it off if that makes sense. It's a win buying these products in so many ways.Once out of the shower, I am able to comb my daughter's hair so easy. That never happened before without a bunch of Pravana on it. I let it air dry and in the am I still only run a comb thru it. No tangles at all. I was shocked same as my daughter. Even after school she comes home with nice soft hair. It does control the frizz and need to wash as often. I am just blown away by this product. I wish I would have known about it sooner.I tried it on my own hair also. I have thick fine hair with gray and don't need to wash more than three times a week. It has made my hair so nice and brings out the wave. I throw a few curls in and it looks amazing.I read some reviews about fragrance and how it doesn't transfer and I want to say that the smell of the soap is wonderful. Having said that the fact that the smell doesn't transfer is a good thing. It means it's safe and if a smell sticks to your hair, chances are it's disrupting your hormones and causing you more issues than you want anyways. I have really long, and thick hair. I go through a bottle of conditioner at lightning speed! This was my first time using a shower shampoo/conditioner bar, and I was very skeptical at first because I love when shampoo/conditioners are super lathery etc. Both of the bars did get a little bit of lather to them, but not like I’m used to. I finally ran out of my old shampoo and decided to give this brand a try. I’m really impressed with the quality of ingredients, amazing fragrance, affordability, and ease of application. The shampoo and conditioner bar was a little strange getting used to right at the beginning, but it hasn’t been a bother for me. The packaging comes with clear instructions for how to lather up the bars and apply the soap to my scalp. A little goes a long way, which is nice considering the bars are only as big as the palm of my hand. I get up to 120 washes in before they run out and I think that’s really good for the price. My hair always feels so clean and shiny without having the oils stripped from my scalp. I bought the waterfall scent and it makes the bathroom smell good for hours. I store the bars in a small dish and they don’t leave soap scum or residue on the surface they sit on.
