As odd as it sounds, I really wanted hard-wired internet in my attached garage. My wireless network just wasn't cutting it, and the closest access point was barely giving me internet out there. I use a streaming box to listen to music or watch TV while I'm working out there and it was really laggy and unreliable. The challenge is that my network switch is literally 70' away, at the complete opposite end of the house.This cable worked out perfectly as it is sturdy and could handle my manhandling of it as I tacked it to the floor joists in my basement and pulled it through the base plate with my fish tape. It seems to have pretty sturdy connection points on it as well. Now I have wired internet to my streaming box and everything works reliably. I could even add an access point out there if I wanted to now that I have a hard line.The only drawback to this cable is that it's not as soft/flexible as "off the spool" CAT cable, so you have to kind of wrestle it into submission to run it straight. It's more similar to RG6 coaxial cable in rigidity.

Sharing a starlink connection with my brother and this Ethernet cord is crazy sturdy, holding up in the snow and mud just perfect! Extra length to place it correctly in the house too!

I purchased an outdoor wireless router antenna and needed a ethernet cable to link it to my house router. This cable is seriously heavy duty and works great. With the combination of the cable and outdoor router I now have wireless internet on much of my property. What is best is that I can now walk up to my pond and sit on a bench using my laptop. Heaven in the mountains where I live.

Total of 6 at 200' and 1 at 300' lengths and have not had any problems. All connecting cameras using POE. 300' cable took a little longer to initialize with POE, but is working great. 2 at 200' and the 300' all fished through old boiler water lines. Could not be happier with the purchase!

It doesn't not work, so it's as good as gold for what it does.

Using these to extend my network from one house to another. Cover is strong and thick. Should last for years.

Really pleased with the cable. Definitely is made to withstand the elements. I didn't bury it but strung it from my house to garage. I feel confident it will withstand the elements as I live in NE.

Just what I needed, perfect length, nice durability. I run it from the main house to the small suite home in the backyard. Had issues with only averaging 50 mbps with wifi but with the wire I was able to take the full 600 mbps speed. I bought the 50ft cable and have no speed drop offs due to the length. Overall I'm happy with the product.

Cat 6 specifications do not include copper clad aluminum.Made a mistake in purchasing ... will recycle.
