This is a great addition if you are trying to build up your own gym at home and is ideal for full body muscle strength training.It has a solid ABS ring with integrated non-slip silicone. It also has a double-layered belt with embroidered digitals and a reinforced anchor slot that is easy to adjust with a strong zine-alloy buckle. The rings inner diameter is 6.69” with a thickness of 1.1” and outer diameter of 8.89”.The package has 2 gymnastic rings, 2 adjustable straps, a storage bag, and an alley key.Furthermore, it helps strengthen the body’s muscles during training. It appears to be high quality that is tough and long lasting.I am comfortable using this and I do not need to worry as this provides me with a good grip when I work out. It is very easy to assemble and did not cause me any hassle. I do not have a large area in my house to set up lots of gym equipment so this alone is great as I can do a lot of exercises such as push-ups, iron cross, dips, pull-ups, and more.Overall, it is a nice piece of equipment to keep at home if you would like a little challenge with your daily work out.

Good quality, sturdy and the grip on the rings good for stability

These gymnastic rings are ideal for any home gym, with adjustable straps they are perfect for adjusting to your needs, and the non-slip silicone is perfect too for those sweaty workouts. Durable, versatile and easy to set up!

The suspension rings are of good quality and the straps are strong and well finished. I like the ergonomic handle that feels strong, plus the rings are silicone and non-slip.I ordered these because they looked better quality than others and these rings were just as expected good quality and sturdy.I previously had wooden ones that were hard to hold, but these have a non-slip grip and the quality is better.It was easy to install and they can have a maximum load of 600 kg. The straps are adjustable and the rings look strong.The material is non-slip silicone ABS and the straps are nylon.

The rings aren't cheap so I was expecting quality - one of the buckles got jammed on first use...Even if it hadn't been the case, I would have returned this item anyway. The buckles/carabiners need opening and closing with a key that is so small, it feels it's going to break or it's going to get lost very quickly (it really is tiny, see other reviews).The straps and rings themselves are good quality but there are carabiners out there with better opening/closing mechanisms that you can use one-handed (I have a yoga hammock installed so I am familiar with them and I need to be able to swap between the rings and hammock very easily, not spend 10mins each time using a key).

QUOLIX Gymnastic Rings with ​Adjustable Straps BuckleI am certainly no gymnast, but to me these look the real deal. I'm not saying these are the same as a professional gymnast would use as I really don't know, but they certainly look up to the task to me. The box was much heavier than expected as I thought these would be made from lightweight plastic, but far from it, the rings and straps look very strong indeedThere are 2 hand rings provided, along with 2 woven nylon straps which have heavy duty metal carabiners either end. The rings are made from solid ABS material which I'm convinced should never fail due to it being such a tough material. The lower part of each ring has a heavy textured layer of silicone rubber which offers superior grip even with sweaty hands.The woven nylon straps are claimed to have a load capacity of 3306 lbs, they are double layered for maximum strength. There are 12 reinforced anchor points along the length of each strap allowing for easy height adjustment. The strap Buckles are Carabiner shaped , they are made from a strong cast alloy which is lightweight but very tough. These buckles are spring loaded so snap shut tightly, for added safety an allen headed screw secures the clamp so that it cannot open whilst under pressure, a single allen key is provided. I nearly discarded the allen key by mistake with the packaging, so keep an eye out for it when you open the box. Everything is neatly packaged within a drawstring bag for safe keeping.I have not tested the performance of these gymnast rings as I'm not that energetic, but I'm sure they are more than capable, they certainly look it to me. The only thing that isn't supplied is the ceiling mount, these rings will need to be secured to a very strong bar or ceiling clamp, this will need to be capable of handling the huge strain of a heavy human body bouncing around.Build quality and strength of this ring set appears to be excellent, I only wish I were fit enough to use them.CONTENTS:2 x Gymnastic Rings2 x Adjustable Straps1 x Storage Bag1 x Allen KeyThank you for reading my review, I hope you have found it helpful.
