I use black seed oil daily. Others brand was very strong and kinda burn throat. This brand is smooth and works great. Love it in coffee.

The ONLY Zinc Free Areds Formula
As far as I know, this is the only Areds 2 formula without zinc. According to eye doctor, some people do better without zinc in the formulation. There is a DNA test one can take to determine this. I am in the very early stages of Macular Degeneration. After my test, my doctor highly recommended this formula.

This product has 500 mg of C, 268 mg of E, Cooper. Lutein 10mg, Zeaxanthin 2 mg.

Can't tell if it's working
I purchased this product because I have diabetes and want to keep my vision in good standing. The use of this medication is preventative if anything. Can't really tell if it's working as my vision has not improved or changed. It's Pure Encapsulations so I believe it's a quality product for use as intended.

Keeps send me the incorrect item
I have purchased and used many Pure items in the past. I recently bought EyeProtect, however, they sent the wrong item (Calcium D). I returned it and repurchased it. Again they sent the exact wrong item. Either someone at Pure has the sku numbers incorrect or someone from Amazon has it incorrect. I chatted with an Amazon person and they assured me that I would get the correct product the next time. We'll see.
