I bought this for a mom that has this pattern on all her dishes. They must like the pattern, and so do I. This bowl is very comfortable to use, but the measuring scales inside should have been a darker color. Like green? White is next to impossible to read. It does pour very nicely and hardly drips at all. One thing I wish is that they made several more sizes like a 3 qt., and a 1 qt. Another thing that's annoying is a lot of sellers of this item say in their description, "lid sold separately". Or "lid available". Then nowhere on their site, or hardly any other site can you find the stinking lid! What kind of cacamamie trick is that? And just try to find it quickly anywhere else on-line. I actually did find it, but the lid was 5 bucks and the shipping was more. NUTS on those people! So, here's the skinny: W. Mart sells these on-line WITH the lids! HUZZAH! But not separately. So I'll have to use plastic wrap whenever I put this in the fridge. Poor me. Life is hard and then we quit.

I first saw these batter bowls on Ebay, but I just couldn't justify the asking price. So, I started keeping a vigil on Amazon figuring that they would eventually show up here for a lot less. Sure enough, about 2 months later, here they were for 1/2 the cost (the free shipping really helps!). Since I collect everything in the Shadow Iris pattern, I had to have this as well, whether I used it or not. Anyway, I really didn't look that closely at the dimensions listed here, so when it arrived I was surprised at how large it actually is. But, being a batter bowl, it now makes sense to me! This is very durable plastic, yet has a little "give". The handle actually comes off if you put it in the dishwasher to clean. This is an excellent quality item with a bright pattern and being plastic, it is very light weight. I'm very happy with this item and am considering purchasing the same in the Simple Lines pattern to go with my son's Corelle dishes in that pattern.

I was pleasantly surprised at the beauty of this practical better bowl. It states it's microwave and freezer safe both are a plus for me. Sturdy construction and a removable handle are great features. The bowl is a really slim design for its capacity which makes it great to put in your cabinet. The exterior is really pretty with pale greens and iris colors so its nice when your working itch it. But the bowl is really practical and that helped make the purchase worthwhile. The price was reasonable for the quality and yes there are interior measurements on both sides. Packaging was good delivery exceptional. Actually, by the time you fill a glass batter bowl it's so heavy it's not easy to manage and that's what is an added feature. There are other design selections, I just chose this for the delicate and pretty colors. They don't match anything in my kitchen it just makes it happy when I'm using it. I would recommend and even give as a gift.

This bowl is a handy-dandy all-purpose helper in the kitchen. I wanted a bowl that was easy to clean, lightweight --as opposed to heavier glass bowls-- and usable in the microwave.Since I found this Corelle bowl, I've used it almost every day, and sometimes several times. It rinses out easily, and goes into the dishwasher without complaining. It's sturdy and takes a lot of punishment from whisks, wooden spoons, and the electric hand mixer.The only problem I have, and it's a slight one, is that the handle is removable, which makes it easier to fit into the dishwasher, but care must be taken to get the handle firmly back in place, or it can slip out. So I just give it a little extra attention when re-attaching the handle.And it's a cute bowl! I keep it on the shelf over my sink, within easy grabbing distance.

THESE LIDS R A PERFECT FIT FOR THE BOWL. THE BOWLS R PRICEY, HOWEVER VERY DURABLE LIKE THIS LID.

This batter bowl lid is the perfect fit for the batter bowl I bought previously!!! Great quality. A little pricey for just a lid, but it will serve me well.

Not happy as I was really looking forward to it and it didn’t have a handle
