Review: It's alright - Its an okay-ish product dont have much problem with it. But i expected a bigger size. Preferably bigger than my cat's litter box. So that i could keep it under the litte box. It does store the litter sand, whenever my cat goes over it. But as soon as you pick it up to add it back the box. It falls back on the ground easily, through the very holes that was supposed to store the sand. Its alright, but a bit disappointed with it.

**Q: Our cats tend to pee over the front of the box, making the pad wet. Will this work?**
A: No.I bought this cause it said it was waterproof. My cat just started to pee over the front of the box but when I put this down and the cat box on top the pee went right through the mat and onto the floor. I now put down a plastic lid and that solved the problem. This mat may be for litter but not for urine. Only used it once since it didn’t work.

**Q: Is that difficult to pour out the litter inside the mat?**
A: It is not difficult at all.  Be aware, however, that certain litters have a mixture of different sizes of materials in them and some are slightly larger than the holes in the mat and stay on top of the mat. This doesn't present a problem as long as you don't turn the mat over before you want to dump it.  It's really a great product.

**Q: Has anyone used this with world’s best clumping cat litter for multi cats?  is effective with this size and type of litter?  thanks**
A: The holes on the mat will catch reasonable sized pieces of kitty litter.  I think it would work for what you are using.

**Q: My mat came with a small bag of some kind of large granules. What is this?**
A: It could be a desiccant to absorb moisture. That's the most logical explanation.

I've been in need of a good litter mat as my 6 month old kitten often tracks litter all around her litter box and all over the house. She also manages to sometimes perfectly kick litter out of her mostly-enclosed box! This litter mat has been pretty good in preventing litter from being tracked everywhere. I did get the smallest size as the size up (30x24) would have been a bit too large for my area. I do wish there was more of an in-between size as the one I got is a pretty slim. However, to remedy this issue of size, I pushed the mat up against a wall and rotated her litter box towards the wall so that she's more inclined to land directly on the center of the mat. This has worked very well! In addition, cleaning the mat is quite easy. I typically just dump it directly into a large garbage bag, and nothing spills out onto the ground. Overall great value and recommend! Again, just wish there was more variety in sizes!
