got this tem and tried to load code it says code already redeemed returning it for refund

Need to download game first in the online store!!
When I first got this I thought it was a scam BUT this is just the extras to go to the game. You have to go to the online Nintendo store first and download Fortnite which is free then the minty legend extras show up in the game. It was very confusing but the nintendo support was very helpful!

Code doesn’t work
I ordered this for my son and we put in the code and it never downloaded. Went to try again and it said code was used but in his game none of the skins were available or there. Returned it and got a new one and same thing. Super frustrating and now it’s almost a month later and we have yet to receive a refund and still don’t have the characters. If you’re new to the switch I definitely don’t recommend, stick with something with an actual game card.

A must for Fortnite fans
I bought this for my Nephew for his birthday. He's a massive fortnite fan and loves playing but didn't have many characters so I found this and thought perfect and it has different characters and it comes with the in game currency (v-bucks) so he'll be able to buy more stuff for his account. He was over the moon. Great purchase
