Pro-Level product!
I've had this for a few weeks now, and thus far am quite thrilled with the price/performance. The features and functionality are really top-notch and the workmanship excellent. This is a very well designed field tripod and I have been banging it around in the backcountry of my local Rocky Mountains – it takes all the punishment. Some of my favorite features:• Compact & Lightweight (~14")• Quick-locking ball-head with fine adjustment• Panning Plate for smooth panoramic shots• Counter-weight hook (Great for high-wind situations)• Inverse mount for macro- and close-up product photography• 3 Position locking legsI'd highly recommend this to any pro-sumer photographer.

Good affordable CF tripod.!
Needed a lightweight and portable tripod. This one seemed to fit the bill and the price point was just right. Didn't need anything crazy expensive from a major brand. It has served me very well.! Seems to be of good quality and well built. It's my go to tripod for everything. I take it with me everywhere I go on my adventures. Super compact and lightweight. I've been very happy with it.Unfortunately one of the little plastic pieces cracked. Contacted the seller and was very happy to hear they would fix the issue!!!So happy.!!! :))))))If you are looking for a good lightweight carbon fiber tripod without breaking the bank. Get this.!

Just received and tried it out - works wonderfully with my Sony A7RII
Just received and tried it out - works wonderfully with my Sony A7RII, even with the new Sony 100-400 zoom lens mounted. Very solid, holds the camera and lens very securely. AND IT IS SO LIGHT and SMALL to pack!! WONDERFUL - I'm completely satisfied - jerry

Not sturdy
It works fine for Landscape mode, but it you want to use in Portrait mode (vertically) the camera keeps sliding. It's a decent tripod for travels and stuff coz it's light. But it's not sturdy. I bought this when I started learning photography but wouldn't recommend this to someone who is already into photography because this is not a sturdy tripod.

lightweight, but not sturdy
It's my second ZOMEI compact tripod, and I've ordered this one because I was very satisfied with the previous aluminium one.Unfortunately, this one doesn't feel sturdy at all. I was surprised by the plastic used in the legs locks. That's a very weak point for me. The plate was in plastic too, and this is a total disappointment. It a very handy tripod, definitely not a heavy duty one and you'll think twice before putting a pro camera.

I would buy again.
I like it.Took it backpacking in Africa. The lightweight and small compact size, (Shortest/tallest combo I could find) make it easy to slip in and out of a backpack.Construct.- Legs are strong- The neck sways a bit in the wind while fully extended- Quick lock and release legs are awesome!- Plastic inner locking mechanismsPros:Light WeightConsFeels cheapLooks Cheap (inner parts are yellow)The ball-Head- firm and stong. (No slipping)- Small and lighter than other heads I have- The knobs are easy to use because they differ in size and location.- The tension knobs are plastic, thus four stars.Monopod Feature (Really cool)Pros:- Durable- Tall- Easy-Cons -- The screw is separate all together! It would have been great if this feature was better designed. The screw is not attached to either portion, so you have to carry it around just in case you need it

A valid tripod. worked great in Iceland weather
I was looking for a nice tripod that would not cost me a fortune.Couples of my friends recommended me this one, and so I bought it and hoped for the best.I took it to my vacation in Iceland and Faroe Islands during late September and early October, when the weather is not optimal, and this tripod stood out against most of the weather it encountered: Ice, water and decent winds, and so I managed to get sharp photos with long exposures. It's pretty light and folding easily which make it great when traveling around. Also, the customer service is beyond expectations.

no need to over tighten like some cheap models sold in kits
tripod is of heavy duty construction.absolutely no flex, even when extended to full length.locking mechanisms are high quality and durable.no need to over tighten like some cheap models sold in kits.Ballhead is of heavy duty construction and will withstand the test of time if maintained properly.grips are non slip and work as advertised.ballhead is very smooth in operation and angular positions.supports my nikon D 3400 DSLR and 70-300 telephoto lens without supports.no danger of tippage at full length.I use for astrophotography,so i am using some extreme angular positions and works superbly.with all that being said ,use common sence when using a heavyer load .great for indoor use as well.all around great tripod.
