I have been a Sephora $40 mascara user for years. I tried this because Wirecutter liked it and I was tired of wasting money. It is the best mascara I have ever used! It makes my lashes look thicker, darker, and longer, while still looking really natural. It stays on great (it's also easy to get off with a combo of oil and foam cleansers, I have found that micellar water or regular eye makeup remover isn't strong enough without a real fight).

I am SO glad I got this! I think this is the only mascara I'm buying from now on! I'm so glad I found this! It's waterproof (i.e. stays on all day) and it never smears. It doesn't remove easily at night with what I use for makeup remover (micellar water) BUT during the night it just sort of comes off! After I wash my face in the am it's like just gone! I haven't noticed a mess on my pillow, either, and I've been using it for a couple weeks! You can kind of peel it off with your fingers at a certain point, but it doesn't bother me at all. It doesn't get stuck under your fingernails or anything like that. It just sort of rubs away in little bits. You don't even need a lot of makeup removed under your eyes in the am. Downside--you don't get an exaggerated thick or long covering, it's more of a natural look, but it's good enough. It doesn't stick or clump or flake, so I'll take it!

I love this mascara. It goes on easy, makes lashes look longer and thicker without much clumping - very minimal. Definitely recommend!

I liked this best of all the budget mascaras I tried. Pros: it is TRULY waterproof and smudge proof. I have had a hard time ever finding one that is (at a drugstore price; because that’s all I ever buy). I can go swimming or take a walk in the rain, and this mascara doesn’t budge. Cons: I have to remove it with coconut oil because it is challenging to remove otherwise. It also is quite clumpy and with a flimsy brush (wish it was stiffer) it’s hard to get the right amount of product on my eye lashes without quickly having clumps. It with some practice, I have gotten very good results. Makes my lashes look a little thicker and longer than with other mascaras.

I was skeptical using a brown mascara since I’ve only worn black, however, I love it. I currently use both black and brown mascaras from sky high since I have a previous tube that isn’t done yet. I use the black waterproof sky high mascara on the roots and brown mascara on the tips of my lashes. I was scared the mascara would make my lashes too light since my hair and eyebrows are both very dark brown but it doesn’t at all. It still looks like my natural lash color but The brown gives it a lengthening effect but keeps it soft and natural, which I love.

I've tried other mascaras through my experiences with makeup over the years. I've tried more pricy brands, and I've tried drugstore type brands. I think that the "Tried and True" brands of my youth have been the best with many makeup products, the older I get. I've used and loved Maybelline makeup products for many years now, and in fact the first mascara I ever tried was my mom's pink and green tube of Maybelline mascara. So, I decided to buy this Maybelline Lash Sensational Sky High mascara. I really like the design of the tube, with it feeling sturdy and easy to use. The cap makes a clicking sound when I fully twist and close the cap (which is nice). The mascara hasn't leaked or anything while I take it with me in my little makeup bag, that I carry in my purse. It stays shut when not in use, and I appreciate that. The applicator tip is a flexible type of brush, and it coats my lashes in the mascara very well. I like that this mascara is buildable, so I can coat my lashes to my own liking. Additionally, the brush tip helps to separate and lift my lashes, making them look fuller and more voluminous. I love how nice my lashes look! This mascara looks great on my lashes, and it truly lasts throughout the day. I've even had days (especially recently), where I've had a cold and even with watery eyes and stuffy nose, this mascara stays in place well. This mascara does come off fairly easy at the end of the day; I either use my makeup wipes, or a makeup remover balm. This mascara comes off clean, and doesn't feel hard to remove. I adore how lovely and voluminous my lashes look after using this Maybelline mascara. This is an excellent mascara, and very comparable to more expensive mascaras I've used. I really like how lightweight this feels, and that it doesn't look clumpy or messy. I'm a huge fan of this style of mascara, and am glad I bought it. I think this is a fantastic makeup product, and a good value for the price as well. I would highly recommend this mascara to my family, friends, and others. Very nice mascara! 💖

**Title: Amazing Lashes With Just One Coat!** LOVE this mascara! It has made such a difference in how my lashes look—strong, beautiful, and so much more noticeable with very little product needed. It gives me the length and fullness I’m looking for without feeling heavy or overdone. I’ll definitely keep this one on hand! My only problem now is my lashes are getting so long they’re practically getting stuck in my eyebrows! 😂

This gives my lashes nice length and makes them look fuller without feeling too heavy. The brush reaches the smaller lashes pretty well, and the black color shows up nicely. I did get a little clumping if I put on too many coats, so I had to go slowly and let it dry a bit between layers. It stayed on through the day and came off fine with makeup remover.

Brilliant mascara

This is my favorite mascara! Have been using it for years. It is a rich brown color which I love. It is smudge proof and long lasting!! Easy to wash off. I hope you will love is as much as I do!!
