I did not like this item at first, but the company (Storage Theory) came through for me! Got an immediate response to my problem (no velcro straps included), informing me they would mail out the straps. They did- with a small gift as well. Great small company with efficient people!!! Highly recommend!

I love this thing! Such a great idea. I have it installed on one of the out of the way electrical outlets above my kitchen counter.I formerly occupied some of my limited counter space with my phone charger and phone . Now they are completely out of the way.Mine didn’t come with a cord strap. No big deal, I just used white duct tape.

Have two of these, one for Alexa in the living room and one in the bathroom for electric toothbrush, as space savers. They were easy to install and hold those weights just fine. So far, so good

This was perfect for what I wanted it for. I wanted to put a phone down low in case my Mother fell in bathroom. She will not get an alert button. This fit perfectly on the outlet. Looks wonderful. Doesn't cover up outlets.

I’m using it because I don’t want to return it. But, unless I did something wrong. It slid down when I put my router on it. So, I fashioned some wood shims out of popsicle sticks to support it with the outlet cover. It will work for my needs for now.
