Are these two the same as the one windchime by the same company selling for $10.99?

I cannot answer the entire question since I did not buy the one pack of wind chime. The two pack I bought contained two wind chimes that are exactly the same. They're nice and I will buy again.

It says they are personalized do they do that or do I have to take it somewhere to have it done?
