It works for my 630 but
It's a nice, premium case and fits my 630 just fine. Only problem I have is the magnetic closure comes open too often. When you wear a pump 24/7, including sleeping with it and don't want to keep changing cases depending on what you're doing it would be nice if the magnet was velcro or at least the magnet was replaced with a snap. All in all I can only give it a 4/5 because of the magnet not being strong enough to keep it closed during activity or sleeping.

It works. It rotates. It's sturdy.
The clip on my new Medronic pump broke and (of course) the company is out of stock. I needed a case to hold my pump, and this does the trick. It's a tight fit for my new meter which is probably a good thing. The clip part also rotates so you can have your pump horizontal or vertical.

Definitely what I needed
I didn’t like how it slides in with the face of the pump towards you but, it’s really not a problem.
