Never going back to cotton socks again.
This is my first experience with wool socks and I must say these are awesome. They're a good bit thicker than my Hanes x-temp socks, but my shoes fit just the same. They're also softer and much more comfortable to wear. The color and pattern that they come in is definitely a bit different than what I'm used to, but I don't mind it as they're just socks anyways. The best part of these socks, however, has to be temperature and moisture regulation. These socks are way more breathable than my cotton socks. I was used to coming home from anywhere with sweaty feet regardless of my activity. With these socks, though, my feet are never sweaty. Even while working up a sweat and wearing some leather boots, my feet are the only part of me that's dry, which is insane. The merino wool really does a great job at moisture wicking and keeping my feet cool when its hot and warm when it's cold.I especially like these because of the value, as a single pair of the highly recommended Darn Tough socks will run you about $25, while Kirkland sells 4 pairs for under $20, and they're still so good. If these are this good, I seriously wonder how much better Darn Tough socks are. Darn Tough socks also do come with a lifetime warranty, so they can also be good value, but I think these Kirkland socks could last a lifetime as well if taken care of properly.Overall, I deeply recommend these to anyone and everyone, as all I want to do after buying my first set is to buy more. If anything I would also want to try a pair of Darn Tough socks to do a comparison, but as it is, these are so, so good.

Durable, cushion, dry
Comfortable hot or cold. I’m officially sold on wool. Some think, as I did, that it would be too hot in the summer. Since wool doesn’t absorb moisture, my feet are much healthier. So far they’re holding up with washing every 4 days for a couple of months now. They also gave me the extra cushion I needed for being on my feet all day in safety toe boots standing on concrete.

Great socks
Really great socks. Costco where I live doesn’t sell them. Thank you Amazon.

Good socks after a month of use, but a little tight in the cuff
My calves and legs are on the bigger side. If you have "regular" width legs, you should be just fine. If you are like me, I find that these are tight over my leg, but at least I can put them on and they don't cut off circulation. No immediate issues with pilling, or holes. These socks are.faiely thick and have good cushion.

Check wool content
Held up for the winter. Nothing special for the price. They’re from Costco.

Excellent and a fraction of the price of name brands.
I love these socks. I have some DarnTough and SmartWool, but these are just as good at a fraction of the price. In fact they may be even better. They seem thicker and more moisture proof. I wish you could buy these at Costco but they seem discontinued. Still, you can get a 4 pack here for half the price of a DarnTough pair.

Frayed after 1st wash
I washed the socks in warm water (I know) with other clothes and a very mild detergent. When I pulled them out I noticed that 3 of the socks were frayed quite badly. I hung them up to dry. I'm a little unhappy about the fraying but I will see how they hold up. I was also a little concerned about the top of the sock being very tight but I got my size 13 Dawgs in no problem. Wool socks are supposed to be tight. They were comfy and not too thick. Time will tell.
