I actually had a cheaper version and used it a lot for 4 yearsI figured I’d upgrade,well upgrade is notThis version is the biggest piece of crap I’ve ever had the unfortunate curse buyingHeat doesn’t hold temperature and varies where it worksIf you heat to your vinyl or screen print be ready to press from 4-7 times for the t shirts be usableIf you haven’t purchased or can cancel before it ships DONT BUY THIS JUNKwish someone would have left a review like this before I purchasedI wouldn’t be writing this oneAgain DONT BUY

Received package today but the container did not have a power cord with equipment.

I’ve used this heat press a little over a month now & I’m pleased with my purchased. It is a little smaller & more compact which is great for my work space. It does take a little time to get used to the swing away aspect of it. The color is beautiful! My only complaint is that I wish it were a 15x15. I have to get a little creative when I’m working on bigger projects.

Little to no instructions. Doesn't maintain a consistent temp. Constant beep with hat press haven't used the mug press yet. I shoulda did more research and got a better one.

I love it. Works great and has an even firm press with multiple options.
