This is the 2nd electric kettle I purchased. This one is a far cry better than the 1st one, which was a Borosilicate glass from another manufacturer. I found that one to leak from the inside of the pitcher to the hotplate, while the water was cooling inside. I wanted one that also has NO PLASTIC on the inside to avoid microplastic shedding. This Cosori fits the bill!. I love the double wall food grade stainless steel construction and beautiful quality. There is no way this one could leak also. It looks great in the kitchen, heats up rapidly to a perfect temperature. The outside doesn't get hot to the touch. It's great to make a single pour over cup of hot coffee or tea, or just to drink hot water after a meal. It keeps the water hot for quite a long time without needing to reheat. Water tastes good. The only small issue I found is that the stainless steel bottom has marks from the heat coils after using for even a day or so. I found that other units and brands all do this, so I got over it and am enjoying it one cup at a time!!! Update: I was able to diagnose the corrosion on the bottom of the pot. Apparently it is build of of calcium or mineral deposits from my water, even though I am using a home filtered water, even after a few uses. I found that he scale cleaned of easily with application of vinegar and gentle scrubbing with a non abrasive pad. I started using osmotic filtered water from a local source and noticed no new deposits! Pot looks great and works perfect! Upgrading my review to 5 Stars.

Packed perfectly. Looks nice on counter, great instructions, easy to clean and Heats up fast. Happy there is no plastic. Directions state to only heat water. I plan to put in a tea bag (to steep in pot) after it boils and turns off. I know this will stain the inside overtime but I plan to clean after each use and hope it won’t be an issue.

I don’t drink tea or heat water every day, but I wanted something easier and faster than pulling out a pot every time a recipe calls for boiling water. I didn’t have a lot to spend, but I also didn’t want a cheap plastic kettle, so this seemed like a good choice. I bought mine in Amazon Warehouse “Used - Very Good” condition for less than half price, and honestly I don’t think it had ever been used. It still had the sticker and tag on it and was spotless inside and out. It works perfectly. A full kettle comes to a boil in about 6 minutes, and smaller amounts like 2 cups heat even faster, which is what I usually need. It’s lightweight, easy to handle, and I like that the auto shut-off gives a little peace of mind. The stainless interior and no plastic inner lid were big selling points for me too. Simple, fast, and does exactly what I wanted. Great buy.

I've had this kettle for about 15 days and used it multiple times a day. I was looking for a kettle in which the only material hot water touches is stainless steel. This model meets that need. First, let me address a few concerns other reviewers posted. 1) The kettle is loud. Yes, it's not the quietest. And it is louder than my last one. But the extra noise didn't bother me. 2) The lid only opens partially after pressing the open button. I actually appreciate this design. I've used kettles whose lid springs open all the way splashing boiling water that accumulated on the underside of the lid. But this feature seems to drive some users insane. 3) Lack of controls other than the on/off switch. I had kettles that offered a dizzying number of settings. After the novelty wore off, I pretty much just used 1 setting. So, having just an on/off switch is fine with me. 4) It stains easily. This seems to be true. After just 15 days of use, I can already see a stain mark beginning to form. I only boiled filtered water in this kettle. So, this does bother me a little. But again, I've seen people posting pictures of their $200 kettle that also stains. So, at this price point, it's acceptable. Plus, I'm sure this also depends on the local water quality. 5) One reviewer finds the circular hole on the inside wall of the kettle "suspicious". Since my requirement was to have hot water touching nothing but stainless steel, I grew suspicious as well. But, this hole is covered by the contour of the lid when closed. So, it didn't bother me too much. Now, on to some of my own observations. 1) The advertisement says the outer body of the kettle is cool to the touch while the water inside is hot. This is only partially true. The area immediately below the lid (1-2in below) is very hot. 2) the water does not pour from the sprout neatly. If I tilt the kettle just a little too much, water can spill from the sides of the sprout. I believe the designer sacrificed functionality for a clean industrial design. I've had kettles that still poured nicely when the kettle is in an almost upside down position. 3) In my opinion, too much vapor/water droplets accumulate while water boils. This makes the top of the lid very wet, and as some reviewer noted, contributing to water damage over time. And lastly, 4) the power cord is too short.

This is a great electric kettle! Wish we had bought this sooner. We make a lot of tea and it's quicker to heat up in this kettle than a pot on the stove. It can be a little loud but it's only for a minute or two. Takes about 5 minutes to heat to the fill line. The outside gets warm but not hot. I like that you can open the lid, almost fully. This makes cleaning much easier. We have hard water so I clean it with vinegar and water and it comes out great.

Not badly made, just didn't do it for me personally. I really think this is aluminum not stainless steel and if it's stainless steel, it's very thin not 304 high-level quality that keeps the water hot. I've not used it much and regret the purchase sorry to say. It's a decent size but just doesn't have a good feel to it, I'd probably be happier with a slightly smaller one that is thicker (real) stainless steel and keeps the water hotter after boiling. I'm in the market to replace this one and have barely used it. It's probably fine, and a good value, just not what I was looking for.

Overall, I’m happy with this kettle. Didn’t give it 5 stars for several reasons. I would like the lid to fully open for ease of filling and cleaning. The description mentions 2 levels of opening. Mine has only one and as I said, doesn’t open fully. I also would like a beep sound when it’s done. Lastly, I realize I miss the temperature control. Sometimes I need fully boiled water and other times would like to know where the heating has reached for certain teas that do better with lower temperatures. All said and done, I’m keeping this because the price was right. I use the kettle a lot and they seem to only last a few years. The company stopped making my previous one, so have to go with what’s out there now. What is ESSENTIAL is a double walled kettle and this has it. The first one I ordered didn’t and I burned my fingers. Returned that one.

I like the appearance and sleek lines of the kettle. Not too big, not too small. I appreciate the double wall of the kettle and i appreciate that the water is not in touch with any plastics containing bpa. At first I thought the lid was a bit stiff to operate from half open to three-quarters open for filling but that rectified itself after a few uses. I used to have a kettle with visible water level and thought I would miss it but I don't. I would classify this kettle as a more refined no bells or whistles style which suits me fine. This kettle is quiet in operation and shuts off automatically there's not much more i was looking for in a kettle. This kettle is a keeper and I would recommend to anyone that is looking for a good quality and stylish kettle that doesn't pretend to be a food cooker or whatever lol. I love my new kettle after saying adieu to my previous one of 15 years that owed me nothing. I feel sure this kettle will stand the test of time.

BE CAREFUL WHEN ORDERING. Nice looking kettle, but did not get a chance to use it as it came fitted with a 110v US/North American plug. Why? I bought this on Amazon UK? I really looked forward to using this kettle as it has really good reviews. Alas, not. Returned for a refund.

Es la primera hervidora de agua que compro. Funciona muy bien, es facil de utilizar estoy muy satisfecho con mi compra y la recomiendo, el agua se calienta rápidamente y la hervidora se apaga al alcanzar la temperatura correcta. Al ser de metal evita quemaduras al tocarla. Algo vale la pena mencionar es que la tapa no abre completamente para poder llenarla con agua de nuevo.

Not 100v, but 120v, so will under perform. The exterior is made of what appears to be plastic. It feels cheap and it’s shipped from America. Definitely not worth the price. 100Vではなく120Vなので、性能は劣ります。外装はプラスチック製のように見えます。安っぽい感じがしますし、アメリカから発送されます。値段に見合う価値は全くありません。
