I am really impressed with how strong of a truffle aroma this has! I accidentally forgot to close the lid tightly and couldn’t figure out what I was smelling for days until I was standing next to it and realized it was the truffle zest! Flavor wise it’s very yummy and has made an excellent addition to the many mushroom dishes I enjoy making and eating. The texture is very fine powder and a little goes a long way. I can’t speak to its longevity yet but will update in several months. Looking forward to playing around with it! For those worried about the carob powder that is mixed in, to me it’s barely noticeable, can faintly smell it when it’s close to your nose. The carob flavor is barely present. Definitely give it a try, it is well worth the price considering how strong it is.

We buy one of these a month. It’s a little pricey, but I’d be suspicious if it was too cheap. We use it on pizza and pasta nights mostly. Really adds a nice flavor and can make many kinds of mushrooms really truffle pop. It smells so funky and divine in a good way. Highly recommend it, just be prepared to get addicted and need to buy it often to support your new found taste. It really tastes like truffle, but my only criticism would be the smell can be quite strong. So you may need a special storage solution for it, like in a bag or air tight container. That’s a good thing too!

Very strong truffle seasoning. It tastes very good on pasta, pizza or anything.Great for truffle lovers. Just a little pinch is enough to enhance your dish . I used it to make truffle sauce for tartufo pizza. It’s not expensive because you’re going to use just a little pinch of it. It comes in a glass shaker.

I’ve used truffle salt for years, but with this product, I’m able to add that truffle flavor without any added salt. Perfect for soups and stews, eggs, potatoes, and pasta dishes. I LOVE truffles and I LOVE this product! I use it on popcorn, eggs, etc. I like this better than truffle salt because sometimes I don't want the added salt. Great flavor and it lasts a long time. Will def buy again.

Great product n good flavour

I bought this based on reading the reviews and people are not wrong! OMFG this stuff is amazing. The smell of truffle when you open the jar each time is stunning. I really like that I can use more or less depending on how much flavour I want, instead of it being mixed with salt which could make food too salty. Cook up a steak, heat up some sour cream in the left over juices and add truffle zest. Instant mushroom sauce.

Product does not taste like truffle. It tastes very artificial not truffle-like. Either the amount of truffle is so little and compensated by other things, or it only has chemicals that poorly mimic the flavor.
