The media could not be loaded.  I'm really glad I decided to take a chance on this phone and order it. The quality of the phone is amazing. It is rugged and it has a built-in case on it. So I don't need to buy a case for it like I do my other phones. Finally a manufacturer realized how important a built-in cases to a phone. I think the other manufacturers want you to buy a cell phone case as an aftermarket product. I thought my Samsung s8 plus was a good size phone but this one definitely beats it. Some other reviewers commented on the weight of the phone, and I I can tell you it is heavier than my Samsung cell phones. But I actually like the substance to the phone because I feel like I won't drop it because it is heavier. The quality is screen is awesome I love that it is 6.1 inches and video quality on this screen is amazing. I was also very impressed with the quality of the photos this phone took and definitely on par with Samsungs phones. A phone this size made by Samsung would probably cost $1,500. Works great on my T-Mobile account. Has a slot for a MicroSD card so you can upgrade your storage. comes with the latest Android operating system and the quad-core processor reacts to your touches super fast. This is a great phone and I think this is really going to make the big cell phone manufacturers take notice. That's absolutely incredible what you get with this phone for that price. You just can't beat it anywhere. I definitely recommend this phone especially if you have a teenage boy like me that is not very careful with his belongings.

I had high hopes for this phone and I wanted to like it, I really did. The feel and look of the phone was nice but the tech is lacking. First of all every time I call someone they keep telling me that they cannot hear me. The sound literally goes in and out while I'm talking to people, as a business owner this is a horrible thing as I've already been interrupted with several client calls. I've had potential clients hang up on me numerous times in the past 3 days because they could not hear me and I'm on the other end yelling hello can you hear me can you hear me. There's actually another review that mentions this same issue. also noticed that for some odd reason the phone goes to 3G every time I make a call, I have a 4G network the best 4G network around where I live, I constantly have full bars and I have never had an issue with reception until I got this phone. Now dealing with text messages, I text a lot of different people as I own a business and every time I go into my messages it literally makes me wait 5 seconds before it even loads the messages. I've never had a phone where you open your text messages to a blank page that has to load until now. I tried the camera as I've bought a lot of high-end phones with really good cameras and this is not one of them, the pictures are blah at best. I will be returning this phone so I will really not know anything else about additional issues it has but I've already discovered enough to know that I don't want this phone.

I loved the phone, except it was very confusing due to not having the right options displayed on front, & of course, no instructions. It would open up, but only so far, as it wouldn't sync with phone company. The size of it was perfect for my very bad hands. Wish I could have kept it. Color is beautiful!!!! I bought a lavender (purple) one.

When I got this phone it wouldn't even turn on and it took forevwr to getnow i have to buy another one and wait for the refund but will still be without a ohone for the holidays

I bought this for a Xmas gift for my 14yr old daughter. We love the color and design and large screen, but overlooked the storage 1gb by accident. It works well with Whatsapp but unable to download much more. The touch screen is delayed but it might be the operating system in general. When we first powered it on it said an error message about operating system and gave one option to factory hard reset. Once we did that the phone rebooted fine. Haven't tried the face recognition or camera features yet. Ordered a beautiful purple wallet phone case to compliment it. It makes it look very stylish. There is a slot for additional SDcard and I think a dual sim too. Worth the price because I bought both the phone and case under $100 for a gift.

I’m starting to think people just like doing the most and being negative for any reason. With that being said for the price it’s not bad at all. I purchased the phone for an extra leisure phone. Does it compare to my iPhones - no. But to text and talk it gets the job done. I inserted a T-Mobile SIM card (government service) and it works just fine. I live in Florida so I’m in the United States as well. It came with a clear phone case within the packaging and a screen protector (although thin) on the screen. I personally have no complaints at all. And on WiFi it’s even greater. If you just need it to do a simple job - buy it. It takes simple pics as well. Not to mention it has two slots for SIM cards meaning you could have two numbers on the device as well as a storage disk. Oh and the facial recognition - definitely works. Battery life is okay as well. BUY IT!!!!

The Phone was "okay"I returned the phone, as it was more of a gift to my small sister to get her on smart phones. So it was more of a test phone, if it breaks, it breaks. But good God it's not worth the price, I gave $50 and got a Samsung phone, which worth the price.The phones performance is okay, but the 1GB of Ram even with Android GO, it was working very slowly .The Camera is absolute garbage, it looks like a camera you would see on a Nokia 3310, but the Nokia 3310 would outlast this camera by a mile. It was horrendous, no matter in what lighting you took a picture, it was awful. I honest to God don't know where some of these other people took their photos or even with the same phone. But this phones camera is bad.
