I feel RESTED!
I purchased the DreamCloud Premier after months-long research of all the beds in a box. I don’t know much about beds, so I used a lot of reviews and resources to educate myself in purchasing this mattress. Disclaimer: I am coming from years ago Costco Sealy that was purchased for around $300. 1. Unboxing: amazing experience, it came with no damage to the shipping box, as I’ve seen with other boxes that are literally torn. It was neatly compressed and fully airtight. (A bit heavy for one person, you will need two persons to lift it upstairs) 2. Expansion, bed expanded well, I didn’t measure it but it looks fully expanded from its edges. I allowed 8 hours to expand because I had no choice or space to wait 24 hours. Edges are sturdy enough for me 170 lbs. Though the pillow top sinks a little more so it looks like less support, but it’s really not. 3. Feel: the Euro Top, is a game changer! If your bedsheets are soft you can take advantage of the top layer for the same and snuggle feel. The bed feels firm, but the pillow top adds that “plush” but without the sinking feel. It’s hard to explain but it feels comfortable and supportive. 4. I tracked my sleep with my Apple Watch, and it looks like I had more deep and rem sleep, with this mattress compared to my previous one. Though, I can physically feel the rest. 5. Cooling: I normally sweat when I sleep. I’m not sure if it was my new bedsheets but I’m sure the mattress did something. The first time I didn’t sweat in my sleep! It didn’t feel hot and I didn’t need to stick out one leg for cooling! Conclusion: If you can get viscose or new soft bedsheets this mattress experience will elevate. Overall, for its price and the upgrade to the Premier is well worth it. It firms but provides that plush feel for a stomach sleeper, my wife is a back sleeper and knocked out almost instantly. I didn’t feel pain or aches on my first sleep! And I’m grateful for a good night's rest, I will recommend the DreamCloud Premier version for lightweight and stomach sleepers, but I’m sure this is good for back and side sleepers as well. Now for longevity, we will see, and if I remember I’ll come back and update my experience on here. ----- 3 Week UPDATE: I am so happy with this purchase and my wife is as well. I am a stomach sleeper and my wife is a back sleeper. I look forward to going to sleep! Time flies in bed because it's so easy to fall asleep. My wife and I no joke have had more "vivid dreams" ever since we got this mattress I know it sounds ironic but it's pretty funny, not sure if the deep sleep you go into that causes this but I'm no scientist. It's so hard to get out of bed at times because you're so cozy. I also picked a Coop cooling memory foam pillow and oh my gee the combo of bedsheets + pillow + mattress is such a life-changing experience. I know the cost is expensive but, you owe it to yourself. You spend a good portion of your life sleeping, so make a good one. I really hope this mattress holds up to what I feel now for the coming years. Oh, and the edge support is great, feels squishy but it's strong enough to hold while I my socks or eat on a side table. ----- I Dont Know How Long UPDATE: It's been quite some time, but I came back to update my review. So far so good, my bed feels great, my sleep has been great, and my dreams are becoming nightmares but it's all good, got to fight my demons somehow. Dreamcloud has been broken in and it feels the same but you can tell it's not too too firm anymore, like .5 less firm. No issues with the construction or comfort. My little jumps on the bed constantly and no issues so far. Edge support is great for the morning while I put my shoes/clothes on. My wife doesn't get woken up in between my nightly strolls to the bathroom. I have noticed if I sleep more than 9+ hours I am getting pain but I don't think that is the cause of the bed and more my sleeping angle. I think the one thing that DreamCloud excels in is the pillow top, and I truly feel this is a great distinction from the hundreds of memory foam mattresses out there. I am still happy with the purchase and hope this bed can last a very long time. --- Update: Still great mattress and I paired it with Sheex Duvet and Hotel Sheets Direct bedsheets and I feel I am at endgame mattress level. --- 1 Year Update: Its about to be a year soon with this mattress and I don't have much to say. Other than its held up great, edges look great, it feels plush and firm and no change in quality. It still feels comfortable and its still hard to get out of bed in the morning because its so cozy. My little one prefers to sleep in this bed than their own bed, so we might be a smaller DreamCloud for his room. Overall, I think its worth and checking the price now its $200 cheaper since I bought it a year ago. Its great value and a good investment to your health. If you need comfort in believe its a good purchase, I recommend it to you. I changed my bed sheets to Sheex, and i've been having a blast with these. One thing I've been annoyed with, is you need to find a bedsheets that have deep pockets because the bed sheet corner can loosen, so keep that in mind when you buy bedsheets. Also, buy a king size blanket/comforter for this Queen Bed or Queen Blanket/Comforter for a Full Bed, you'll thank me later, you get that "hotel vibe" and comfort. Conclusion: My year journey is done, and I think this mattress is worth it, and more with it now. I purchase at $1099, and now its $200 less, more of a reason. Wasn't a bed in a box fan until I got this one. --- Post One Year: I got an Oura Ring to tracking my health and sleeping, and I am happy to say I am getting good sleep with this bed, and I have data to prove it. The foam is still holding up great, one thing I do recommend is flip your bed every 3-4 months so the wear is even. Still getting dreams and nightmares on the bed so its true to its name lol.

The name says it all.
This review will be presented in multiple segments as time progresses. Firstly, I'd like to commend Amazon for its exceptional mattress delivery service. The delivery driver arrived promptly, and I noticed the delivery truck from my office window. They efficiently unloaded the mattress onto a hand truck and delivered it to my front door. I was prepared with my own hand truck, and the transfer went off without a hitch. It's important to note that this mattress is quite heavy, so I recommend having more than one person available if you need to transport it upstairs. Fortunately, we have a single-story home, making it a breeze to roll the mattress into the bedroom. Now, regarding the unpacking instructions: Begin by keeping the box in an upright position and cut the tape around the top. After making the cut, gently lay the box on its side. Reach inside and extract the mattress by gripping the outer plastic covering (there are two layers of plastic covering on this mattress). The mattress is folded in half, so position it close to the bed frame or box spring. Remove the outer plastic wrapping by pulling it out from underneath the mattress. Unfold the mattress so that it aligns with the frame or box spring. Next, grab and pull the second plastic cover, and carefully puncture a small hole in it. You'll hear a hissing sound, which is the air escaping from the factory shrink wrap. Using the provided cutter, remove all of the second plastic cover from the mattress. It will begin to expand. At this point, utilize the handles on the sides of the mattress to place it on the frame or box spring. The manufacturer's literature states that it may take up to 24 hours for the mattress to fully expand. However, in our experience, it expanded completely in just about 4 hours. Nonetheless, we followed the instructions and allowed it to expand into the guest bedroom for one night. I'm pleased to report that there was absolutely no off-gassing with the Dream Cloud mattress. The first night on it was amazing. More to follow. Day 3: The initial three nights of rest were truly amazing. The mattress offers the right level of firmness where it matters, without being excessively firm all around. I do experience slight neuropathy in my legs, and after the third night, I observed that it had somewhat improved. While I'm not entirely convinced that the mattress is solely responsible for this improvement, I haven't made any significant changes to my routine since sleeping on it. Additionally, my back feels more comfortable, and I'm able to switch between sleeping on my side and back with ease. I would recommend a mattress cover and this one on Amazon fit the bill. https://www.amazon.com/dp/B09QM5PLBD?ref=ppx_yo2ov_dt_b_product_details&th=1

Inaccurate description- Impossible to return
This mattress is advertised as "medium firm". Haha- nothing "firm" about this mattress. You sink 2+ inches into it when you lay on it. Has more in common with a half-inflated air mattress. The main issue comes with attempting to return it! As it comes vacuum-sealed (bed-in-a-box), you are unable to return the mattress once you open it. Amazon customer service offered me a partial refund and keep the mattress. This did not help, as I still had to purchase a different mattress at full price. So after discussing it with customer service, a full refund and keep the mattress was offered. Great....but now I'm stuck with a mattress I can't use and have no place to store. I can't even give the mattress away because it is too soft. The refund I was told I would be receiving....never processed through. I reached back out to Amazon customer service. I was told it was due to technical glitches and they would correct the issue. Mmhmm...yeah, we'll have to wait and see if they have any further "technical glitches" or can follow through. (I also had to contact them about another item this happened with. Returned item...they stated item received and issued refund. Only few weeks later...item never received and will re-charge me for this item. This happened TWICE WITH THIS ITEM.) My advice to Amazon....fix your glitches and communication.

Dream Sleeping Experience Achieved
I really like everything about this mattress. The seven layers of comfort makes every night's sleep a dream. It's the perfect balance of softness and firmness with its pressure-relieving memory foam and hybrid memory foam feature. On this bed, it's hard to wake up! It gives the perfect amount of give and hold. If you're looking for something to hold you but also be soft then this is it! Trust me, you won't regret this purchase.

First impressions
I received my mattress yesterday, a full two days earlier than expected. The packaging was good to go - a few minor tears in the box that were probably from shipping, but no big deal. I was a little concerned when I opened the box to find a rather large hole in the plastic covering the mattress. I didn’t see any damage to the mattress though, so good to go there. Getting the mattress out of the box and onto my box spring wasn’t too difficult. I’m a big guy, so I was able to just lift the whole thing and get it into position. It is heavy, so if you’re not comfortable lifting it by yourself, definitely get some help. Now the plastic wrap. I used rounded scissors to get through the wrapping. Because of the hole in the plastic, the mattress started to expand as soon as I got through the top layer of plastic. The second layer was easy, though, and I cut a cross through the middle of the plastic, and then just slid it out from underneath. The mattress expanded rapidly and by the time I got sheets and blankets on, it was already pretty firm. A half hour after dressing the bed, I’m laying on it, writing this review, and I can already feel a huge comfortable difference between this and my old mattress! I’m changing from an older Sealy pillow top, which was about 8 years old. It was definitely done for, and this mattress already blows it away. The cover is nice, it is nice to lay on without a lot of sink, and I should have actually slept on it last night instead of waiting til this morning to unbox it! I mentioned I’m a big guy- over 6 feet and 230 pounds- but I’m not detecting the sink that you get with other memory foam mattresses. I think this one is a keeper. I’ll update after it’s had a chance to fully expand and I’ve had a chance to sleep on it. Ok, a couple weeks in, and yes! I’m falling asleep faster, staying asleep longer, and feel like I’m tossing and turning a whole lot less than I was with my old mattress. The hybrid model really does feel like a premium pillow top. I compare it to the feeling of sleeping in a quality hotel bed - just the right firmness level that will match the majority of people’s comfort level. I priced and tried out a bunch of mattresses before buying this one, basing a lot of my decision on customer reviews. This mattress costs less than a thousand dollars, but feels like a much higher end model. It’s a good buy!

Divine!
So far it is the best I have bought. It's worth every penny it costs. It's really big (I bought the king size) I love being able to stretch out and still be comfortable without disturbing my husband. The experience of it coming in such a small box and inflating so easily and quickly is something to see. Just have a dolly and a couple of strong men on hand because it weighs a lot. I hurt my back going into the house with my husband. I have seen some comments that talk about the smell, my mattress did not smell at all when I opened it. The only thing I didn't like is that the edges have no support, which makes sitting on the bed to get dressed, for example, very uncomfortable. I've spent quite a bit of time sick and in bed, unlike all the mattresses I've had before this one doesn't make you hate the bed after a while. It's summer now and I don't think the heat keeps it cool and enjoyable

Too soft
This mattress was too soft. We ended up having to sell it because it make my back hurt. There was absolutely no support on the edges and they would collapse. If the hubby moved I knew it. It he got up, I was wide awake. I'm a side sleeper and it made my hips and shoulders ache, plus because there was no support my back hurt from being curved all the time. Husband liked the softness, but I was miserable all the time.

They weren’t lying about this mattress! Hotel Quality!
I’ve only had this mattress for one day. I know the manual says it will take 24 hours to fully expand (it comes vacuum sealed and rolled up in a box), but I worked the night before and when it arrived early morning I wanted to try it immediately. I fell asleep instantly and it was the best sleep I ever had! NO, I MEAN IT…IM TALKING HOTEL QUALITY SLEEP. I didn’t wake up with any shoulder or back pain. I was well rested. My daughter sleeps with me and there wasn’t any motion transfer or any noises if one of us moved. I purchased the Queen premier mattress and it feels firm but soft at the same time. There was no smell upon opening. I also purchased an Allerease waterproof mattress protector and an Amazon brand metal bed frame. I am so happy with my purchase. As a person who has upper back pain and works long overnight shifts, you will not regret it, I promise.
