Can you use this with window blinds

depends if your blinds are set inside the window frame behind the surface you want to tape them to or not. If not, then behind the blind on the inside window framing if the blinds are far enough behind the frame, you could put the plastic over them, but then can't move them until you remove it. When I was a kid my dad put all the blinds on the top inside frame, behind the curtain rod, and we laid the plastic behind that.
