Poach the Chicken Breast or mixture of Breast and thighs in Chicken stock and a few bay leaves and 1 dried hot chili pepper whole and refrigerate overnight in the poaching liquor. The take them out and dry them trim any fat or cartilage and cut them into cubes of your prefered size. May be served open face or covered and garnished with fresh thai chilies, Kaffir Lime Leaves, and a sprig of lemongrass cut in half longways. Feel free to experiment, such as adding a bit of unsweetened Coconut Milk (not water) into the chicken salad etc. May be served with a salad of Lightly poached and then chilled Haricot Verts with a Sesame Rice Wine Vinegar Vinaigrette or a creamy Thai Coconut Curry dressing or whatever you like! The plain old salted deluxe are okay but they sometimes need to be jazzed up a bit. Sprinkle some of these spicy dill pickle almonds in with them and you have a delicious savory snack. I also found some hot sauce flavored ones and mixing the two together is awesome! I also ordered the honey roasted flavor and will mix them in with regular nuts or other honey roasted varieties to get that sweet fix. I have tried a number of different store brand honey roasted nuts and I keep coming back to these. They have the most consistent flavor. I even caught them on special for Prime Days so I ordered a couple of them! 8/24/24 update: I ordered another bag of the Spicy Dill Pickle because they are so good and took them with me to visit my family and they loved them as well. I came back to order some more and they’ve been out of stock. I ordered some salt and vinegar ones to see how they compare and the Spicy Dill Pickle definitely win hands down.
