Poor finishing - scratches on first trip - no warranty
Do not recommend this to anyone who travels a fair bit. It scratched easily. The company helpine is non existent. The website and support page do not work. Feels short of a scam and I feel a bit cheated

Good Product, Very Bad customer service
Very disappointed with the customer service. I had bought the bag and in less than 6 months the WHEELS broke. The ones I used before was from VIP and they lasted more than 6 yrs. This dint even last 6 months. The handle got flimsy too.When contacted the customer service they said the wheels won't be replaced as the defect was caused due to baggage mishandling.The wheels are extremely bad.Do not buy the small bag (cabin/ carry on luggage)if one is travelling very frequently.
