Had the best hotpot experience.

I have used this at home, at the park, and at the beach. I get to make hotpot where ever I want and save money. Build quality has been great for me. It has a non stick coating which I make sure not to use metal tools on to preserve its life. Make sure to remind your friends to not touch the handles and keep a towel handy because it gets hot fast. It does come with some rubber handle holders which are very helpful but I lost them and have been able to make do with a handy towel.

I generally don't split my soup stocks but since this pot had a divider I decided to pull 1 qt each of pork and chicken stock from the freezer. It worked great on my portable induction unit. Very good construction, no leaking between the divided sections because the divider is integrated into the pot. Non stick so easy clean up. We did use brass mesh baskets and they didn't seem to scratch the coating. I found it ridiculous that one person reviewed this pot negatively saying they put the handle to the lid on wrong. IF YOU READ THE INSTRUCTIONS you will read that it is shipped that way for protection and the buyer is suppose to put the handle on the correct side. This is so much easier than the charcoal fueled brass pots of my childhood although not so charming. At least now we won't get carbon monoxide poisoning or burn the dining room table and house down!

I am glad I got this and would get it again for the price. Its super easy to clean and use. Downside is that it really is better used with a liquid broth type food in it. I used it to do two different sauces for a pasta dish at once and it was sub optimal. The lid in the center is an inch or more higher than the divider and when simmering the contents of both sides spattered into the other side. Also being of a lightweight aluminum construction it allows the bottom to get very hot in spots on a gas stove and I found that thicker contents could start to burn pretty quick. It's a decent cheap aluminum non stick pot. I would buy it again.

Not a bad pot. It's cute. Was I not suppose to put in the oven??? The glass top shattered in between 5-10 minutes of first use. Glass all over my food. Also... It was starting to smell like burnt plastic in my kitchen. I've never had that issue with any other pot top that I put in my oven. Maybe it's me.... Maybe they're not for the oven.

The interior of the pan seems to be good; however, the bottom surface is uneven, making the pan unsuitable for an induction cooktop. So, I had to return the product.

Ne convient pas pour 6 personnes. Le bouillon diminue vite .Pour 6 il faudra préparer un bouillon supplémentaire pour en rajouter. Sinon soirée réussie

From time to time there are products that charge a premium but 100% delivers on its promise -- this pot is one of them. As a Chinese, I grew up eating hotpot innumerable amount of times and I must say this pot is by far one of the best I've ever seen or used. Highly recommended! Pros: - Extremely light weight - Paint job is superb - Matted metal finish inside feels luxurious - The divider is actually sealed inside so the soup doesn't leak from the bottom - It's wide, very roomy, but not too tall -- perfect height on the table - Heats up fast - Comes with a quality lid and some silicon grips Cons: - Almost twice as expensive as your typical cheap ones from the Asian markets
