Could this product be used with a volleyball? For overhand service...

I just tried this overhand serving motion with my soccer ball. I do Not have a volleyball to see how it fits. The serving motion works easy, also the double handed bump up works. The only issue for the overhand serve is the loop which stick up so the bungee cord can attach. I easily avoided the loop and cord, by how I brought the ball up for the serve.

What is the maximum belt size that this fits?

I would say Medium 32 - 34 belt size. because I wear M 32 - 34 belt. This soccer belt has velcro to hold the belt in place, so I measured the length with the belt end, looped back and leaving about 3 inches of velcro hooks secured to the velcro padding. Results 40 inches, meaning a waist size of 40 inches. You can get a few more inches of waist size beyond 40 inches, since the belt is elastic, and the belt loop can hold the belt securely, without needing extra length to attach the velcro. Pushing the fit to a 43 inch waist.

What is the max waist size on the adjustable belt.......want to get a couple for adults

It fits a 36" waste and still has additional slack for larger waste.

Is this appropriate for older teenage boys size wise?

I bought for my 12 year old daughter but my 15 year old daughter uses as well. They both like it a lot. It is appropriate for all ages and level of ability.
