I love all 3 of their product lines: Repair, Nourish-Light, and Nourish
I have tried 7 products made by LaZarTigue and I absolutely love them all! There are 3 levels of products Repair, Nourish-Light, and Nourish-Light. I think my favorite is the Nourish because it really makes my dry, curly, blond hair. All of their products smell amazing and each one is quite unique and exotic. I am using all of their products because I really like to change-up what I use on my hair depending on what it needs. For instance on really frizzy hair days I love to use their masks. I love their shampoos too because there is a stronger shampoo and a more nourishing shampoo, so I can alternate the type of cleansing I do as well.I live at the coast so my hair gets a lot of exposure to salt air. I have to condition my hair daily or it gets really dry and frizzy. This product line has helped so much with the overall texture and smoothness along with making it silky soft and moisturized.NOURISH MASKWhen I really need to moisturize my hair I love to use their nourish mask. I use it in the shower and I massage it into my hair my scalp and it is fabulous. It has a base of Shea butter and all the ingredients are natural and very gentle on the hair. I tend to use this mask once every other week and then during the week I use their repair and nourish light conditioners. It has a lovely citrus-exotic scent that I adore. It is not too strong in scent, but leaves my hair with gentle scent that lasts throughout the day.REPAIR MASKI love their repair mask too. If I want really deep conditioning, but not to the extent of the nourish mask. I use this at alternating weeks from the nourish mask although sometimes I will use this twice a week. This also has a lovely scent and reminds me of vanilla-exotic. It also is not too strong in scent, but leaves my hair with a gentle scent that lasts throughout the day.REPAIR CONDITIONERThis is such a great combination with the masks I’ve described above. I use this as my daily conditioner, but I alternate between this repair conditioner and the nourish-light. This has a lovely exotic scent that I totally crave!—>>>> NOURISH-LIGHT CONDITIONERThis is their lightest conditioner and I love using this when I don’t feel like I need a lot of conditioner. It also works great as a leave-in conditioner. The scent is spicey-exotic.NOURISH SHAMPOOPerfect for days when I need a gentle shampoo that doesn’t dry out my hair. It is kind of like a combination shampoo and conditioner, so it could be used alone if you don’t normally use conditioners. It has a bit of shea butter in it, so it is very gentle on the hair. It has an herbal-exotic scent that is very pleasant.NOURISH-LIGHT SHAMPOOThis is a stronger shampoo that is still very gentle on the hair. I especially like this shampoo if I have been using any product with silicon (like Dimethicone). It will remove that build up of product, yet in a very gentle way. Again, I love the scent which is peppery-exotic.FULLER HAIR SERUMThis is a totally unique hair serum that is non-greasy. The scent is fairly strong, but very pleasant to me. It reminds me of men’s cologne scent, but has an undertone of floral. It has the exotic flair like their other products. I like to use this product once a week and I have even used it as a spritz to make my hair smell amazing if I’m going out.Lazartigue product are made in Paris France and contain really good ingredients. I am specially happy with this product line because they don’t use any funky chemicals and no silicone (Dimethicone). I pretty much have gone completely Dimethicone/silicone free on all the hair products I use and that has made a considerable difference in the overall quality of my hair. I am so glad to find this product line and I think the price is very reasonable for the quality and effectiveness. I would rather spend a little more and get something that has really nice, fresh, natural ingredients. My hair is worth it!!!

Great for Thin Fine Hair; Creamy and Lightweight; Not a Fan of the Added Fragrance
Great for Thin Fine Hair; Creamy and Lightweight; Not a Fan of the Added FragranceI had the opportunity to try several "types" of Lazartigue shampoos and conditioners. They all come suitably packaged in either product-branded dark plastic bottles (shampoos) or poly plastic tubes (conditioners) ~5oz and are priced around $33, as of this review. The series of haircare is intended for those with thin fine hair, which I have. I'm a natural redhead with naturally flat, lifeless locks. I don't color treat and prefer to airdry vs. using heat tools. No scalp conditions I'm aware of (no dandruff, excessive dryness, psoriasis), and I run "normal" to oily after a couple of days between washes. I do use dry shampoo.Anyway, overall, I like the quality and use of these with a few minor drawbacks. Everything is lightweight without leaving residue or weight and seems very nourishing and hydrating.First, the shampoos all have a lightweight, pale-ale-colored gel. I get a good foam with little effort but none of them have been very "clarifying." I either have to double-cleanse, using one of my facial cleansing oils on my scalp to help break down product, sebum, and dead skin first, then shampoo, or I have to shampoo 2x and move along to my conditioner in order to breakdown and remove scalp residue. The conditioners are all white and creamy, hydrating without being heavy or greasy, and none of them have weighed me down. Rinses cleanse. My only real issue is the smell. I dislike the heavy-handed use of added fragrance in all of the products, the shampoos especially as this perfumy scent lingers long after use. Each version has a slightly different scent, but they are all strong and unpleasant. Hours after, I will catch a whiff of myself and it smells like flowery scented drier sheets (which we do not use and most of my other skin and haircare is fragrance-free). If these had been fragrance-free, I would have given them higher marks.

Great for Fine, Yet Dry, Hair
This high-end natural, vegan haircare line, begun by Jean-François Lazartigue with the motto of providing "effective hair care products, formulated with ingredients of natural origin." The line pledges "at least 89% naturally derived ingredients," which is a somewhat meaningless percentage that leaves a lot of room for, you know, non-natural ingredients. But they do pledge to be certified vegan, sulfate and silicone-free, and don't test on animals. All the Lazartigue products, except the hair color, are made in France.I have fine hair and my regular shampoo and conditioner of late has been R+Co, another premium brand, so the prices in this line didn't really phase me, though they're definitely not cheap. This light version of the Nourish line is designed for fine, dry hair, a rare combo to find, and someplace I frequently find myself. Usually products treat either volume or dryness, rarely both as this one does. Both the shampoo and this conditioner use soybean oil to "nourish and strengthen" the hair fiber without weighing it down, and, in practice I felt like that mostly worked, especially when combined with the matching shampoo. My hair was soft and smooth, but not limp. Exactly what I need, particularly in the summer, when I frequently swim, or anytime I'm regularly using heat-based styling tools, like a smoothing iron or daily blow drying.

Pretty good!
I have very dry hair that is fine, but I have a lot of it! I have previously used the regular Nourish masque by this brand and it was pretty good. I decided to try the Nourish Light because I am on a mission to find what really works for my hair and makes it feel its best. This conditioner felt very lightweight in my hair. It didn’t feel weighed down at all when I used this, so I was almost worried it’d be too light because I’m used to packing on the moisture. To my surprise, it did a pretty good job on my thick hair! Since my hair is fine, I probably don’t always need a super heavy conditioner, even though it is thick. I will most likely alternate this conditioner with the regular Nourish masque in the future just to switch up my routine. As far as the scent goes, it was a bit strong to me but pleasant enough.Although this is a nice product, the price is a little steep so I’m not sure if repurchase. It’s a nice option to have though and I will continue to use the product until it is finished.

Very nice conditioner but also VERY fragranced!
This is not for anyone who is sensitive to fragrance! All of Lazartigue's products have a very strong fragrance - some good, some not so good. This conditioner (in my opinion), has one of the better fragrances. It's hard to describe... Maybe floral/botanical? Gardenia, Jasmine with something else I can't put my finger on. It's strong though - you will smell it all day. The performance of the conditioner is excellent. The Nourish-Light conditioner is one of my favorite products of Lazartigue's. The Nourish mask is amazing but the fragrance is hard for me to tolerate. Anyway, even though it's called Nourish-"light", it's a pretty intense daily conditioner and probably not for those with oily hair. If you have normal or normal-to-dry or dry hair, this will work well for you! ~Amy
