I want to know the symbol of each part of the prayer shaw and the numbers they represent

In Jewish tradition, the white threads on the corners symbolize righteousness and the normally blue threads sometimes they will all be white symbolizes the heavenly origins of the commandments. the # and knots symbolize the # 613 precepts of the Law and the windings equal the numerical value of the Hebrew words for "The Lord Is one". Read: Numbers 15:38-39. Tradionally prayers were sewed into the prayer shawl. If you use scripture you are wrapping yourself in the word of God. Some have healing scriptures sewn on each corner. Some have the names of God Ex: Jehovah Jireh. Some have scriptures about God's power. Ex: All power and Might are the Lord's. Each prayer shawl's 4 corners theme matches. All 4 are either on healing, God's names, About God's power, etc. Hope this was helpful. I have several and use them in prayer or at conference's or church. Excellent, well-priced, non-Messianic tallit

Decently stale/manufactured smelling upon opening, but went away quickly upon letting it air for a few hours. But as far as a cheap, non-wool tallit goes, this is wonderful. I found it fit just fine (I am a solidly medium-sized woman, a bit above average height), and I'm so thrilled that I was able to finally find a cheap, non-Messianic tallit. It's very pretty and well-made considering the price. All in all, I'm extremely satisfied.

Great Christmas gift

I wish I knew more about that towel. My parents didn't know what they were. I assumed they already knew what those were. Next time I will purchase a book about the shawl.

Beautiful product with wonderful attention to authentic details. Great value. Embroidery (might be fancy printing), stiching, and fringes are beautiful. Not wool, but sleek. Price is exceptional for the quality. I have an expensive Tallis, but sometimes this makes an easy spare which is beautiful and of generous sizel.
