THEY WORK

I take 3/4 of one of these when I wake up in the middle of the night. Unless I am super stressed, I fall back asleep. I also put on a sleep story to get my mind off the fact that I can't sleep. If I take the whole chocolate, it can be hard to get out of bed in the am. I just feel so relaxed and lethargic.My son used one chocolate when he was having trouble falling asleep. He quickly fell asleep.. We just ordered more!

Not 100% sure if it works or if it’s psychological, but I did like it

Do not buy this chocolate! I was looking to try an alternative to melatonin as it sometimes makes me groggy. I also enjoy bitter chocolate, upwards of 80%, however, this… is awful. Gritty, very sour, and most certainly not helping me “exhale.” I don’t know what ingredient is the culprit (I’ve had other candies made with allulose, cocoa nibs, and cocoa butter) but this is simply disgusting. The taste is so bad, I’m hoping I don’t get sick.

I was very impressed with the way the item was packaged. It was nicely wrapped with an ice pack!Unfortunately, some of the chocolate bars have bloom (white coating resulting in exposure to warm/hot temp) on them. It’s still edible, so I’ll keep them. The taste is not bad ( I love dark chocolate). If there was no chocolate bloom, I would give 5 stars.
