The description says to purchase the CP-PWR-CUBE-3= but that's the wrong power supply. Does not fit! You need to purchase the one with Cisco Part Number 341-0330-02 which I think is the CP-PWR-CUBE-4. I purchased this exact phone in February 2025 and had to hire an IT company to activate and program the phone. It randomly stopped working on July 23,2025 and I called company to assist and they said they couldn't help me due to me not saving the box with an activation code on it. I did not think that the box needed to be saved for the lifetime of the phone but it did. I purchased another phone on July 24, 2025 and it was shipped with no activation code and company is no help at all. At the price that it is sold for, they should be willing to assist with setup.
