Delicious Gluten-Free Pasta with Great Texture!
Really impressed with Jovial Organic Brown Rice Fusilli Pasta! It has an excellent texture for gluten-free pasta and doesn’t get mushy or fall apart while cooking. The spirals hold sauce really well, and the flavor is clean and natural without any strange aftertaste. I also love that it’s organic and made with simple ingredients. It’s become a go-to option in our house for healthier pasta nights, and even family members who aren’t gluten-free enjoyed it. Great quality product that I’ll definitely continue buying!

Don’t overcook it!
This pasta has a nice texture and feeling when you bite into it. Beware, if you overcook, it will begin to break apart and get very mushy. The price is mostly reasonable although would like to see the price lower. I prefer this pasta over traditional pasta. The only thing I would ask is for them to kit use titanium/nonstick coated dies in production. Bronze cut would be healthier.

The best gluten free pasta. I love anything from this brand. I’m also allergic to corn and can’t eat chickpeas and a lot of other gf pastas are corn or chickpea based. So this is my go to and it’s been the closest to regular wheat pasta that I’ve found!

This is the best
I've tried other brands of gluten free pastas, and they were disgusting. One of the popular brands used corn flour which made it taste grainy. Others used califlower and brocolli, which is fine for some but didn't work for me. This pasta tasted like regular pasta. It had flavor and the right consistancy. If you have gluten issues, then you know how hard it is to find decent tasting foods that resembled the ones that we were familiar with...once upon a time. I highly recommend Jovial
