These are GREAT for storage of almost everything. I use them for food storage both short term in the fridge and long term in freezer. WONDERFUL for all the bits and bobs involved in my crafts. I also use them in the garage for nuts and bolts. Picnics are another application where thy come in handy. They are sturdy and reusable and very cost effective LOVETHEM. .

Worked for my puposes. Needed a microwavable container that was tall enough to not splash out contents when using an immersion blender. This was just right and the lid seals are air tight.
