Seriously?! After 4 years of having this on the market, still a defective/chipping product?! What are the other COLOR options out there?

I thought this may have been an exclusive club but, I guess not. Mine, oil rubbed bronze, chipped within the first 6 months. I have a brown sink so I was careful not to use abrasives or bleaches, no wire brushes nothing that would scratch or discolor the sink never realizing the drain would chip. Nothing I can do but buy another.

requires installation. Plumbers puddy under the rim and a locking ring from your current disposal should be what you need.Should be an insinkerator brand disposal to insure proper fit.

The White version worked great so I assume the Black version is the same size / fit.

Mine doesn't hold water. How can I get new rubber gaskets or something. Its like the plug doesn't fit tightly and yes it is a insinkerator plug.

Sometimes if the plug has been used quite a bit it will shrink a little and the water leaks. I ordered a new plug and it solved my issue.
