Great supplement for bones especially as we age. Have been on this for years....

I have been taking this for a year at the recommendation of my physician since I have osteoporosis. I took another scan recently and my bone density has really improved! Now in the osteopenia range instead. Hopefully it will continue to improve the density even more this next year.

This is a good supplement overall, but it would be nice if it included some whole food Calcium with it as well. I have read a lot of good things about strontium, and my husband does seem to notice a great difference in his health when he takes it in that his joints feel better and he is less stiff. When someone suffers from joint pain, usually calcium and magnesium help them as well, so that is why I wish this had come as more of a "packaged deal". However, I would encourage people to give it a try because it may help relieve your pain. It is a pretty decent price too.

I am now in my early 70s. At least fifteen years ago was shown to have osteoporosis in several areas including wrists and hips. Listened to my acupuncturist for once and started taking BioStrong regularly. Since then I have had no diagnosis of Osteoporosis and maintained a level of Osteopenia since. I exercise and try to eat properly as well but believe that this product is helping and still take as directed every day. Of course you should check with your medical practitioner, as I did. I make no bones about it.

The BioStrong Bone support supplement contains Strontium and Pepperine. There are many studies touting the effectiveness of Strontium as a bone support supplement. BioStrong uses 680mg per dose with 5mg of Pepperine to aid with absorption. This supplement provides that amount of bone support in 2 medium sized, easy to swallow, tasteless capsules which is the recommended daily dose. Since taking this supplement I have noticed less pain in my joints which makes me feel great and that has only been about 3 weeks. I feel this is a great product that really works.

This supplement is in a vegetable capsule form that is easy to use and consume. Very easy to swallow and have not given me any side effects after taking it. But stick to the suggested dosage . Though I have not seen an effect from taking the supplement and will update once I consumed the entire contents. It has black pepper extract and doesn't have any offensive odor or taste.
