I don’t know but its really good quality and the glass interior means no worries about bpa. Just make sure to put the silicone washer in between the glass and plastic shell. Like in the picture.😁

Q: How is it tested for lead and aluminum?

The container is plastic on the outside and glass on the inside so whatever liquid you put inside is only touched by glass.

Q: leaks at top. Instructions missing. Seal direction and how to tighten - screw in bottom center?

Like other pitchers on the market,the Delove pitcher is not airtight and water can flow out of the spout no matter how the lid is set,when the pitcher is tilted. If water leaks along the liner into the base.Please refer to the video or manual to adjust the top seal ring and the seal knob in the center of the base to solve problems in just a few simple steps. If you have problems with your pitcher, please feel free to contact us.

Q: Is this pitcher made in the USA?

I don't know, I bought it because it was the only one I saw that was big enough and seemed strong enough.
