I agree with all the great things said by the other two reviewers. However, I knocked off a star because it's touted as "lightweight" which was the most important descriptor to me. It may be made from lightweight material, but the whole thing weighs two pounds fifteen ounces empty. I tried to remove the thick padding used to protect a laptop, but it's sewn into the sides. Rather than ruin it, I gave it away. I did ask the question as to what the bag weighed before I purchased it, but alas, no one took the time to answer my question. I took a chance that the manufacturer wouldn't use "lightweight" as their featured advantage/benefit unless it was true. Of all the bags I looked at (twenty-one bags that listed their weights) this was the heaviest. If you are young, strong, and fit-as-a-fiddle, you'll love this bag. If you need a truly lightweight bag, look elsewhere.
