The screen is bright and crisp. The thing is ungody light. And the battery lasts all day long, particularly if you reduce the screen brightness a bit.This 17" laptop fits in the 15" carrying satchel I used for my previous 15" laptop. It comes to life very quickly, and the fingerprint reader reacts instantly. I take it out of the house just about every day and the 2.98 lb. weight feels like nothing.It comes with a second SSD slot, so I just plugged in my old SSD from the old laptop into this machine for easy and fast file transfers.It seems like the perfect laptop for someone on the go.

This is my everyday laptop, and it is able to handle heavy computational work like 3D modeling, coding with LLMs, and video editing. The screen is also very vibrant and provides excellent clarity, making it a pleasure to work on for extended periods of time. The only issue is that it cannot be repaired without being sent to LG's headquarters, as the computer is sealed shut with no screws.

this laptop is excellent. so lightweight. battery life is respectable too. has improved keyboard with keys standing a little bit taller for better typing action. happy with this purchase.

Laptop died before even being 4 months old - won't power on or charge, so probably 99% chance it is just a bad battery. LG repair will take 2-3 weeks and WIPE THE LAPTOP just to replace the battery, and won't provide a replacement battery, which is extremely frustrating since it's a 10 minute fix.Otherwise, the laptop was fine. The glossy screen is annoying if you want to use it outside and it tends to get really hot in the sun, but its pleasantly lightweight and fast enough for what it is.

Webcam has only worked twice. Most of the time it shows "Secure Mode On", even after simultaneously holding down Fn & F4 keys to turn off the secure mode. Not happy with LG's support - disconnected from chat & phone because "agents are all busy". Can only contact them thru e-mail. Followed their instructions & downloaded drivers. Webcam still not working. Contacted again (via email, the only option they respond to) and was told I can backup all my files and ship it to them & they'll reinstall the OS. Reinstalling all my apps and files is more pain than it's worth. I'll just purchase a cheap webcam for the few zoom conferences I need it for, Other than their non-working webcam and lousy support, I've been happy with the unit. Very light weight. Boots up quickly. Good picture & sound.
