TimberlandMen's 6 Inch Basic Wl Wr Fashion Boots

Fantastic pair of boots from Timberland, an excellent quality brand I know well and have trusted for years. These boots are really lovely, the quality and finish on them are fantastic. I ordered these in the black nubuck, due to the nature of the nubuck they are not jet black, more of a dark charcoal grey. The internal collar of the boots have a very soft and slightly plush furry lining, I wasn’t sure how I felt about this but they are super cosy and so comfortable to wear, they keep the ankles nice and warm, perfect for the coming winter months. Ordered these in a size UK 5.5, they are true to size, they were also delivered in an original Timberland cardboard shoe box.Very happy with these boots, the only very small downsides are that nubuck does require a little extra care compared to regular leather, i have heavily scotchguarded these as I do all my timberland boots. The other thing to mention is that these are £165 (at the time of review) which for me personally is a little more than I would usually pay for boots, but these are of exceptional quality, stylish and comfortable, they will get a lot of wear so will work out better value long term.

These boots are Timberlands. So they come with a price tag. They need to be good. Fortunately, they are.Some others have mentioned sizing issues. The pair I got were 9.5 - exactly what they should have been (the label on the side of the box contains a number of sizes, but it was 9.5UK)My wife doesn't like tan boots, so I ordered the black. They are black uppers and soles. They have the Timberland look but are pretty discreet if, like me, you don't want to put logos in peoples face.They are well made but very comfortable from the off. Usually I need to wear in boots for a while to soften the leather up, but these needed nothing. Very comfortable indeed.And they seem very well made. I'll come back to them in a year with a long term view, but i have zero complaints so far.

They are comfortable and they are obviously made to a high quality standard. They look good and they fit as expected.I’ll leave it up to you if you are willing to pay circa double the price for a comparable boot. As high quality as the boots are, I’m not personally aware of any reason why they are so expensive.---Note, for complete transparency, that the person in the video has size 8.5 feet. The boots fit well and were comfortable enough to wear all day despite being half a size larger than what I would normally wear.

I can confirm that their reputation is well founded.They are so comfortable, really comfortable to wear. Normally I have to slowly wear in a pair of boots (I wear them a lot as I’m a motorcyclist) but these surprised me by fitting so well that I’ve not had any sore places on my feet since day one.I simply can’t recommend them enough.UPDATE 3weeks laterLook at my video with the sound turned up and can see why I’ve gone from 5 to 4 stars - bloomin’ noisy!!!!

I've been wearing Timberland boots for many years and they've always been wonderful for me.These particular boots are very well made. They feel really strong and they look great.The sizing is on the large size - there's plenty of room in these boots so you should probably order at least a half size smaller than you normally would. I'm actually being conservative because I suspect that in reality, these are actually a whole full size larger than you would expect - not just a half size.Now, this over-sizing may be due to the fact that Timberland is making room for the possibility of wearing very thick socks in extremely cold conditions... possibly.Anyway, if you get the right size, you'll be very happy indeed!HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! I know that they have to be called something but BASIC they are not. These boots live up to expectations from this well-known brand. They are comfortable and also provide excellent ankle support. They also look pretty good too!Others will try to imitate but they probably won't reach the production standards that prospective purchasers will find with these boots. There are no hidden 'problems' and, so far, there have been none arising from regular wear.A good grippy sole complements the comfort and support provided by these excellent boots.

My husband is really impressed with these boots. They are true to size and a very comfortable fit. Everything looks and feels very well made and robust enough to take a lot of wear and yet they are smart enough to wear on a night out as well. After returning from his afternoon walk, my husband says he was surprised that that the boots didn’t need any wearing in like previous boots he has had in a similar style. These boots look great with his bootcut jeans and I think they will be getting a lot of use as they have now become his new favourite footwear.

I ordered a size 10 and the Vine Gods in their infinite wisdom sent me a size 10 and a half!... Now that doesn't sound too bad but a size ten is always a little loose on me so consequently, these are miles too big!I would have to wear three pairs of socks to make up the difference!Being a Vine item there is no chance of a return and a fresh pair being sent out!On the other hand, they are a great pair of boots ..Top-quality as you would expect from Timberland!
