Es excelente para hacer ejercicio en el piso, no se que tan altos sean pero yo mido 1.70 y me sobre un buen cacho, quizá para 1.85, 1.90 quedaría igual de bien, el grosor es excelente no sientes el piso nada, y pues ya llevo un año usándolo y aun sigue bien, si se nota que si se maltrata mucho tal vez se empiece a romper, pero por lo menos a mi, no se me ha roto, la calidad es lo suficiente para que dure unos buenos años con un uso moderado diario, se puede usar incluso de cama ya que si es muy cómodo a y por ultimo no se desliza en, de hecho es difícil moverlo si estas encima de el.

Very comfortable and durable. I have two cats who have damaged several of my mats, but this mat has withstood their destructive powers. It's easy to get out and put away, and easy to clean as well. The cushioning is even and just right. Great for a lot of activities, including strength training, floor work, yoga, and general stretching.

Je suis ravie de ce tapis ! Je l’utilise comme tapis solide pour mes chiens, car ils détruisent systématiquement les tapis en mousse. Celui-ci est ultra résistant et tient parfaitement en place, même avec des chiens très actifs. Il est léger et isolant. Les matériaux sont de qualité, il est facile à nettoyer, et sa conception pliable avec poignées est super pratique pour le ranger ou le déplacer. Une excellente alternative pour ceux qui cherchent un tapis durable et fonctionnel !

The mat lived up to expectations. I had ordered a different mat from another seller that was too light and the external material felt cheap and not durable. This mat however, had enough weight to it so that it didn't move too easily, and the external material feels like leather so it's durable, thick enough to be sturdy and easy to wipe down. I had to wait for a long period because the product was consistently sold out, but it was well worth the wait. Great product and fast delivery service. Highly recommended!!!
