Before this, we were using a hot water bottle & gel pack which only stayed warm for about an hour or so. When I ordered this, it gave continuous subtle heat that my baby squirrel loved. It's thin and durable. Best decision I ever made. Price also reasonable.

I was going to use this in a cat tower for one of my older cats. Does not heat enough to be worth using

This heating pad warms up fairly fast and the temperature control works great. It's the perfect size for a hamster, as described and indicated in the photos. (In fact, it's a little big for a dwarf hamster!) You could use it in their enclosure laid flat or put it against the wall, which is what I did since my hamster didn't like sitting on the fabric itself. The medium setting is great if you put bedding over it, though.My hamster didn't attempt to chew through this, so I can't say for sure that it's chew-proof, but it is pretty sturdy material. The only thing is I don't know how I would've cleaned it if my hamster peed on it or anything. But overall, it's a great little heating pad to keep your small friend warm for the winter time.

Bought this thinking it was bigger then it really is. Wanted something for my daughters hedgehog thinking it would fill the cage and keep her warm not as big as I thought and can’t believe I paid almost 20 bucks for it !!! I don’t think even the one they say is a large would work

These heaters are roughly 4" x 7" so envision three laying side by side and you have something about the size of a sheet of printer paper. I laid all four of them side by side atop rectangular pillow, laid a towel over the row of warmers, and plugged them into a four-port USB hub. This produced sufficient warmth that it was a perfect bed for the kitty, and he loves it. On the High setting they produce a respectable level of warmth for being powered by a 5v USB hub.I have zero concerns or complaints.

Was using this pad in a bearded dragon carrier. (To go to and from the Vets office) it produced little to no heat. Would not purchase again.

The first item purchased never arrived but the replacement arrived quickly and as advertised. Works great, and used to help keep a small parakeet warm until it was fully feathered.

Such a great product and our hedgehog turns her bed on the side to get closer to it. love this!

Can't make the temperature rise very high, but the constant temperature is designed to keep my bunny warm.
