Makeup Revolutionx Friends, Holiday Armadillo Trio Set, Multi-coloured

The lip balm smells okay, tastes mildly synthetic, is amazing at moisturising my lips, and I don’t get a rash/bad reaction around my mouth after applying it. However the design sucks and it broke in half within a week.The box is cute and I’m keeping it to store small hair ties. It’s sturdy and I can’t see anything breaking or crushing it.The bronzer is way too dark for me (plus I rarely use liquid bronzer anyway)- I’m pale white with yellow undertones. However the consistency is creamy and thin so it’s easy to blend on top of skin.I have mixed feelings about the eyebrow mascara. It shapes my eyebrows amazingly (which is perfect timing since I’m trying to grow them out, so the gel makes them look tidier) and for that reason I like to apply it even if I’m not wearing makeup. However it has a hardened, glue-like texture which doesn’t feel nice when I touch it. I haven’t tried applying makeup on top.Revolution is a cruelty free company and almost all my makeup is from them- I also checked and all the items in this bundle are vegan! For the most part their stuff is great but I’m really disappointed about the lip balm breaking and I’m not sure I’d buy this, especially for £20 which is how much it normally costs. As much as I like the bronzer formula, it’s dark and I wish I had the choice to pick a shade. I also like the brow gel and box so those two things are fantastic. Well anyway, I semi recommend the set if you know the bronzer is the colour you want and if it goes on sale (it’s actually on sale now for £8.99).

A great quality little set ideal for a stocking filler. Nice gift box with wonderful quality cosmetics. The sizes are quite small but for the price you would expect it. I liked the lip balm its brilliant. If you are a fan of friends then this is perfect!

This set is lovely and a fab gift for a friends fan. The balm and eyebrow gel is lovely but the bronzer is so dark and comes out very fast. Would be ok in the hight of summer with a dark tan but for the rest of the year it’s too orange.

Great gift that’s budget friendly too!
