Do the suction cups stick well? Does it stay in place?

I use the pillow upside down for my super straight back tub. I have found it stays in place really well.

Do the suction cups stick well or does it tend to slide down?

The suction cups stick really well. The pillow remains firm on the bathtub. I have not experienced any slipping or sliding around.

Do the suction cups stick even if under water, as they would be in my jetted tub?

The suction cups stick under water. I, do take it out of the tub and wash it with soap and water. I use a towel and dry some of the water out and let it dry before I put it back in the tub. I think, washing the pillow keeps it nice!. It needs too be cleaned, just like the tube needs cleaning...
