Right price for ground clearance
Have to have a little knowledge to install. YouTube will help. My 20” tires rub when i turn it as far as it will go but not to bad. No sound just know cause it wore paint off. Hasn’t affected my gas mileage that i could tell. Be sure you adjust your headlights after. Helps with ground clearance and truck looks better.

Leveling the front makes the WHOLE truck look amazing
i had it installed by my mechanic and i LOVE the overall look. i didnt want a big lift job, just a level for a tad bit more clearance and made the overall look of the truck "cleaner".i have a 2015 Silverado 1500 4x4, and will drive this until it explodes. ill never not level a truck forever now.3 MUST haves in AZ for trucks: BackFlip flush bed cover, darkest tint legally available, level the front 2.5".

For Trail Boss/AT4 would go with spacer on top of the strut.
Easy to install. Raised the front exactly 2.5” over stock.Uncomfortable with how close the bolt head is to the axel shaft. At full drop will rub. Going to remove and go with the spacer on top of the strut.Didn’t change ride characteristics, still feels like stock. Although now you see more of the hood in your line of sight while driving.Like how the truck looks.

Will fit on a z71
Got this 2.5 leveling kit installed today on my 2018 Silverado z71. It’s a tight fit but it doesn’t rub on the cv axle. I’ll update my review after a few weeks to see if it holds up good.

Get the 2in.
Should of listened to a previous review. To thick. Good luck getting them on. I had to trim a little bit off to get them to fit. Other than that it's a nice kit. Just buy the 2in ones and you won't have a problem.

Photos of cv shaft hitting with truck weight on the suspension much worse when suspension is fully extended
Was the wrong part for my 2016 gmc double cab WT did not fit. CV shaft were hitting the head of the bolts. After contacting motofab I was told it should have fit.So I had it machines down to 1 an 3/16 to give me a 2” front level. CV shafts now clear with room to spare.Photos of cv shaft hitting with truck weight on the suspension much worse when suspension is fully extended.

Simple and easy.
Easy to install took me only 2.5 hours to do by myself with no lift. I used a floor Jack and and some jackstands.

It clears the CV joint with 1/2 inch to spare
I installed these as per the instructions and did not have a bit of problems, they clear the CV joint with about a 1/2 inch clearance. I installed them on a 2013 GMC 1500 Z-71. Anyone having problems with this item hitting the CV joint may have weak shocks or strut spring. Installation was as described and I really like the way my truck sets now it is level front to back.
