Great sheen, perfect roll, no cracks or chips out of the box, and just like the style overall.Final update : After they sent out the new set of balls, they have lasted well over 3 months of solid playing everyday. No chips or cracks yet. First set must've been a fluke, very happy with these so far!Update: unfortunately after about a month of play the balls have started to get chips and cracks in them. Will try to contact the company and see if there is any warranty on them, especially for such a short time, if not guess I'll have to spring for a higher quality ball.Update #2: product company making it right and sending out new balls. Great customer service, glad they were understanding

We bought these to replace the balls that came with our used table. What a difference in look and feel and play. Great action and control!

Worked great for a few months and then I noticed damage on the 13 ball. Looks like a crack or shatter in the ball. (See Pic). No funny business goes on around my pool table so this damage is 100% from another ball contacting it. Not thrilled I have to buy new balls already.Edit: After leaving this review I was contacted by the company. They sent me new balls and stated the importance of customer satisfaction. I am indeed satisfied with their customer service. We will see how these balls hold up and I will update in the future. Changing from 2 to 4 stars for now.

I purchased 3 sets for my local club. They were packaged nice and balls looked great. We play on a league every week and I had an issue with one set were 3 balls cracked (no issue on other 2 sets). I asked about a warranty and Jasper Bees sent me another set at no charge within a weeks time. No issues since and customer service treated me very fair so overall I am pleased and would recommend.

With one week of normal play, they have chips and small cracks. Quality players taking care of them. However, they feel and sound very nice. High quality phenolic resin and they roll true. I was considering buying a second set for taking to pool halls, but they seem to get damaged too much. I'll take these to pool halls and buy a different brand next time.
